"On first appearance the building looked depressing and untidy."
Communal area also not best. Once we had got up three flights of stairs inside the flat was very welcoming, spacious and light. Seating and bed were very comfortable although bedding although clean was very tired, which I reported in the visitor comments book. Parking was extremely tight. We have experienced far superior rentals with you previously. Criccieth was an excellent location and we will return there but not to that property.

"Outside property looked very tired and in need of a spruce/tidy up."
Once inside everything was neat tidy and clean .A comfortable stay lovely sea views .
It would have been nice after such a long journey to have had the basics to make a drink i.e milk tea coffee and maybe a biscuit but sadly there wasn't anything. The television was not great quite small which on its own would not be a great problem but there are about 4 bright spots on the screen permanently there, this has been mentioned before by previous people. Also the torch to light the way downstairs in the event of a fire was not working. Obviously I hope this will be addressed asap
Apart from negatives mentioned we enjoyed our stay and the weather was quite kind to us
Thank you for providing feedback. I have now had the opportunity to address the points you mentioned, including replacement of the television and torch. I am glad you were able to enjoy your holiday,

Parking for flat 3 was nigh on impossible though due to the narrowness of the driveway and the other cars parked for the other flats, so we had to give up and park on the road.

"The apartment was clean and well presented, pillow cases were a bit stained, I've no doubt they were laundered but after a lot of use they need replacing."
To me parking was an issue, so I parked on the road. It was very awkward trying to get in with two cars already parked there. After the weekend, it seemed that flat 2 wasn't using their space, but I still parked on the road, good job because a large van used the space for some days to do maintenance work on one of the flats.
Thank you very much for your feedback. Following your comments we have now replaced the pillowcases. I am sorry you had difficulty parking in the property, but I am pleased you were able to make use of the free parking available on the road outside.
With best wishes,

Only two of us in this 4-person flat, but stacks of space so would suit a family as well. Lovely views. Really comfortable king bed. Ensuite shower as well as fab main bathroom. Everything I needed in the kitchen, including helpful little touches such as pint of milk, tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets for the week, foil and salt and pepper etc. Great location for sightseeing. Kept fit by going up and down the stairs!

"We have just enjoyed a week in Flat 3 and it was a brilliant ‘home from home’."
The flat is very spacious, which was great with a 5 & 7 year old. Comfy sofas, really comfy beds, smart tv, leaflets & maps, and equipped with pretty much everything we needed! The rooms are light and airy, and the views are absolutely stunning, we loved watching the weather and waves. A great base for exploring North Wales & Snowdonia, and we hope to return. Great communication from owner too. Only issue for us was the parking space, far too tight to turn into for our medium sized car. We parked on the road instead which was fine.

At 85 and post heart-attack, we shouldn’t have chosen it with its two flights of stairs! Parking is a bit tricky and could probably be better organised. We left a note saying the extractor fan in the en-suite bathroom wasn’t working.

"The Flat is in a good location and generally well looked after."
Criccieth is a very nice place and I would recommend a stay there. The facilities in the flat are quite good and the cleanliness is reasonable. Having said that the cleanliness could be improved, some dust about and when we stripped the bed at the end of the stay, the mattress protector was stained, this should have been washed as it is designed to protect the mattress.
There was no mention of the Train lines at the bottom of the garden, this did not affect us as the Train was not running, but it should be made known that the Train runs close to the Flat. Also, the parking access could be improved. The turn into the parking space is very tight and could be made better if part of the hedge and wall was removed.
