"Beautiful comfortable bungalow with a well equipped kitchen."
A great welcome pack provided ,treats provided for our dogs as well. Great location in North Wales.
-
"The cottage was as described, spacious, lovely, clean and in a fantastic location for exploring the coast and mountains of the Llyn Peninsula and surrounding area."
A short walk today the beach or a short drive into the mountains.

"A very comfortable and well equipped bungalow."
Temperature dropped and heating automatically came on. I feel it would be a distinct advantage to have a hand rail and white stripes on the back steps for older visitors. Back garden was totally secure for the dog.

"Amazing week here and were very lucky with the weather, only 1 rainy day."
Perfect cottage, had everything we needed and well suited for our labrador. Would love to stay again!!
-
"Great location parking and enclosed garden , everything you need for a self catering stay in the kitchen ."
Could do with a bath mat as the shower made the bathroom floor very wet ! Needs a bit of tlc throughout and areas are a bit damp and smelly , but overall the accommodation was clean and comfortable especially the sofa best we’ve had in a holiday property yet thankyou
Dear Emma Thank you for your review and your feedback. We have now purchased new mats for the shower. We try to frequently repair and upgrade the facilities and will be continuing this through the autumn. We have specifically reviewed all areas after your comments of some areas being damp and smelly and could honestly find no areas that could be described as this. If you would like to contact us again with more specific details we can review this. Many Thanks Richard and Helen Property Owner

"Ty Cerrig you did not disappoint :) - Llyn Peninsula weather."
.. you were not very kind to us :( - only 2 beach days out of 7 but on the plus side we must have played every game on the shelf :) Been coming to Abersoch/Llanbedrog for 43 years and never experienced weather like this week. BUT the cottage was very comfortable, equipped with everything you need - we'd have loved a BBQ but unfortunately didn't get the opportunity - thank you for the welcome pack - loved the wine and Bara Brith :) hopefully we'll return in the future. Thank you!

"Really nice cottage and location."
Very well equipped and roomy. Good garden space, very clean throughout the cottage.

"We have had a great week at Ty Cerrig."
Thanks for the welcome pack - especially the Welsh cakes & coffee :) The house is the best equipped house I have stayed in on the Llyn. So many handy thoughtful things such as the nightlights and the kids loved all the games on offer! The outside space was great too - used the BBQ a few times which was so good - well kept & cared for. We loved the peace and quiet here and the nightly walks past the graveyard and bunnies to go get milkshakes. We would love to book next year and stay again. Thank you or letting us use your lovely house!

"Really lovely accommodation with lots of facilities and added extras which made the stay more comfortable."
Already planning our visit next year!

"A lovely bungalow in an excellent village/beach location."
The property was very clean inside, with lots of lovely extra touches, including a nice welcome pack. Property was a little off-putting when we arrived, with the garage looking shabby and needing a paint and also, more significantly, we found 2 lots of dog mess on the patio outside the back door. In addition, the back garden was overgrown, with grass needing cutting and borders overgrown....which put us off sitting outside to enjoy the sunshine. Each of these issues would have been easy to rectify and, for the price paid, should have been attended to. Other than that, as noted, the bungalow was lovely thank you.
Dear Fiona, Thank you for the feedback. We are extremely sorry you were disappointed by the appearance of our property and the garden. We do have a gardener who tends to the garden regularly and the lawns are cut every 2 weeks. With regards to the external appearance of the property , the whole exterior is being repainted this month. We had tried to get it done earlier this year but this wasn’t possible due to bad weather. We do sincerely apologise for the dog mess on the patio - we can only assume this was missed by our cleaner. She does check the garden and outside spaces after each letting. We do hope this didn’t affect your enjoyment of the property too much. Best Wishes Richard and Helen Brooks Property Owner

"We have had the best week here as a family with pre-teen twins and post-teen eldest fully entertained, very comfy."
The location is perfect, midway between Abersoch & Pwllheli and a lovely stroll to Llanbedrog Beach, via the Spar (with its own 24 hour Milkshake Machine)) the Glyn-Y-Weddw pub and the beautiful Plas Glyn-Y-Weddw Art Gallery (best cakes in Wales). The cottage is really spacious and everything works well - we all had space, comfort, hot water an the essential Wi-Fi never failed. The Couch was big enough for all 5 of us, the games left to play here were well-used and the kitchen is really well stocked, including a great coffee maker with filter paper provided. We'll be back! Loved it!

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay."
Perfect accommodation, lovely and clean and a great shower. All that is needed for a super self catering stay. Great local facilities with several nearby golf courses, tennis and a great go-karting track. We loved the beach bar just on the nearby beach. Of course the scenery is just wonderful too! Thanks so much Richard & Helen!

"Thank you very much for providing a delightful cottage with everything we needed for a lovely holiday."
We covered most of the Penninsula in the week, Port Meirion was a lovely treat. Had some lovely meals in both the local pubs - food excellent. The biggest challenge was getting up early every morning to exercise our lively Cocker Spaniel on the beach and who absolutely loved it! Thank you or the welcome pack also!
