  • "We had a lovely stay at Gwyder, we would definitely go back again."

It had everything we needed for our party of 10 (kids, teens and adults). The house is spread over 4 floors so it didn't feel like we we're on top of eachother all the time, there was space to come together as a big group but also space for you to get a bit of quiet. We had incredible beach views too. The local area had everything we needed, plenty of shops and places to eat. The beach was a short walk away. Penmaenmawr was also a really good location, there was plenty to do near by. We didn't have to drive far to get to places.

  • "We arrived at the lovely house, 11 adults 2 children, 1 dog."

When we entered we thought what a beautiful home, very clean, and provided everything we needed, the owner thought of everything what we might need. Just perfect. The bed were very comfortable. Prefect that there are bathrooms on each floor! Perfect location, just 20-30 minutes to different town and beaches. Plenty of parking! Our family had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful home, we would definitely recommend 5

  • "Fantastic property which suited our groups needs (of 11) superbly, good layout over 4 floors with ample sized bedrooms with easy parking."

Kitchen well equipped for large groups especially the oven/hob. Great location with the beach 10 minute walk away and plenty of shops/takeaways to chose from & a friendly pub nearby. Only 2 minor negative comments that we discussed as a group was the comfort of the mattresses (but this was pointed out because we are probably spoilt at home with the quality of our own) and also could have done with another fridge or taller one to store the quantity of food that comes with large groups. Other than those more than happy with our stay & would definitely recommend

  • "This property has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard and is a credit to the owners."

Just a short walk to the beach and a woodland walk across the road. Bread and milk were there for us together with treats for the dog, poo bags and lovely doggy bowls. Everything was so well thought out. The house is two rows back from the express way which gives easy access to the surrounding areas. Slight noise from the road but nothing to be put off by. We loved it and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. We hope to go back one day. Thank you Cerri and Neil x

  • "Lovely house, great size for large families."

Loved the extra space down stairs too. We wished it would have been decorated for our Christmas stay, it was a bit disappointing that there was no small Christmas decorations. Kitchen was great and very well stocked- thank you! The only downside was the size of the fridge- given the property sleeps 13 people and we were there for 3 days- the fridge was quite small. This is a wonderful place in a great location for a quiet stay. Would definitely recommend :)

  • "A beautiful holiday home in immaculate condition in a great location."

Beds were comfortable, and the home is well stocked. The owner is extremely helpful, ensuring our stay was pleasant. Nice sea views from the cottage. The whole family, with a range of different ages, all enjoyed our stay at Gwyder.

  • "We would like to thank you for making our holiday experience amazing."

The holiday home was truly 'a home'. It was exactly how it was listed on Sykes website. Every member of the family was satisfied with their rooms. The folder left by the owner was really useful as it allowed us to plan our days. There is loads to visit and do locally with several hidden gems. The woodland walks, watching the sunset on the beach, sun rising in the AM. This property really captures nature at its best as it is the heart of it all. We would definitely recommend this property to everyone. Thank you to Neil, from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay blessed and blissful.
