"The apartment was spotlessly clean spacious and everything you could wish for, I highly recommend this apartment close to all the amenities absolute perfect location."
This is the best place we have stayed in on our many visits to Llandudno

"Lovely apartment like a home from home"

"A very clean and bright flat with everything we needed."
Would have liked two chairs in the bedroom to put our day clothes on at night. The toilet was a tight squeze between the sink and radiator and we are both quite slim. If the radiator was moved nearer the door it would give more elbow room. We would certainly recommend the accommodation and even consider staying there again.

"This is a lovely ground floor flat, with plenty of space for two."
The sitting room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are all well-equipped. The flat was clean and comfortable:very relaxing. Good king size bed, good quality. Bathroom has a shower and a bath.Central heating was easily adjustable Only drawback is parking, as stated in the blurb. We found parking for the first four nights on the street opposite, which was steep, but I had to park down a street where the car was out of sight for the fifth night. Not a problem unless you drive a Ferrari. It was very quiet at night. This was very good value for the rental.

"Many plusses for this property."
We liked it a lot. Roomy, very comfortable (sofa and bed) and quiet. Easy reach of town centre. Only minor gripe was the layout of the bathroom. Spacious, but the toilet was squeezed into a corner between an excessively (and quite unnecessarily) large basin and a radiator. Depending upon one's size, it was not so easy to use. Toilet seat was loose (they often are) and almost impossible to tighten - no access on basin side. Bath taps could not be reached unless one actually got in the bath. Also, a few door hooks would be useful for outdoor coats, dressing gowns etc. Three large recycling bins in the kitchen were unlabelled. Where to put what? Overall, one of the better cottages we have stayed in. We would definitely stay again!

"A very spacious comfortable flat with plenty of cupboard space both in kitchen and bedroom."
Lovely big TV and nice powerful shower. However the parking can be really difficult. It was a great pity none of the suggestions made by previous guests had been addressed i.e the LED lights in kitchen and bathroom, the TV tricky to get the channels indicated in the Welcome Book, lack of curtains in the bedroom etc. We also got woken during the night by the Central Heating which burst into life at 2.30 am ! Despite this we had an enjoyable stay in Llandudno and it was handy for the town and promenade.

"Just one or two minor things, light bulbs not working, clock not working, inside windows needed cleaning."
-
"Lovely flat , had problems accessing tv channels , we did contact the owner who said he would come and see what the problem was but unfortunatley he didn’t come but everything else was perfect ."
-
"There was an initial hiccup, in that the apartment had not been cleaned, apparently there was a misunderstanding with the cleaners."
I contacted the owner who arrived within twenty minutes and was very apologetic and set to and cleaned the apartment himself and brought in all the necessary linen. This did not spoil my stay and I would recommend this well appointed apartment near all the amenities of Llandudno.

"We had an amazing holiday and really enjoyed the pleasant, comfortable and well kept accommodation!"
what we found very helpful was the information book on the coffee table with useful numbers and places to go. Many thanks!

"On arrival had a look round the apartment to find it as as described in the add."
However on closer inspection found that the fridge was not as clean as it ought to be also found that two of the drawers in the freezer compartment were broken. In the bathroom there were also a couple of cleaning issues and two led fitments did not work and also two led fitments in the kitchen did not work. We thought that the owner needed to know about these small issues so contacted him and pretty soon he arrived to see things for himself. He was very friendly and apologetic, the following day he returned with the cleaner and got the cleaning issues sorted. But otherwise a brilliant place to stay and managed to park just opposite the apartment.

"My elderly mum and I stayed here."
The rooms were clean and spacious. A large TV in the lounge with a small dining table and a good size solid coffee table and comfortable couch, just perfect for two people. The bedroom was very spacious with a comfortable bed the mattress not too hard or too soft. Plenty of draws and a double wardrobe. The only tiny negative I have is that there were only horizontal blinds no curtains over the large windows so the light was very bright early morning it being June. I was glad to have brought my eyemask. The sunlight didn't affect mum. The bathroom had a bath and power shower. The kitchen had all we needed and had a large fridgefeezer. We had an enjoyable and very comfortable stay. The owner was easy to contact, very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to a home from home accommodation our holiday in Llandudno was enhanced. We found an excellent taxi service too.

"My wife and I have really enjoyed staying at the Bodnant, The owners are very friendly people, it's location is brilliant for access to all Llandudno has to offer, the only issue I could mention is the small step from the kitchen area to the bedroom area ,it's my fault I know, I didn't realise it was there and stepped out and jarred my lower back, which has caused me to be in pain and discomfort for sitting and walking."
I have to say, that the Bodnant apartment is lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. 10/10, regards Paul and Sheila Wakeham.

"We had a good stay, we had an issue that was resolved quickly our host."
The only negatives have already been pointed out in other reviews, such as no coat hooks, no hooks in bathroom.
-
"Flat was nice, roomy and comfortable."
Everything was as expected. Would gladly stay again.
-
"Enjoyed our stay."
Nice apparment with all you need. Handy to the town. Would definetly stay again the only issue was tuning the T.V in everyday but a minor issue. Thanks Marie and Barry.

"Bodnant was one of the best Sykes cottages we have stayed in and would recommend ..."
Bodnant was one of the best Sykes cottages we have stayed in and would recommend it to anyone we met the owner and he was very friendly

"The apartment was lovley."
Realy clean, spacious and cosy. Situated in a quiet little spot but still very near the centre. The only negative was there were no instructions for wi fi, and television and internet and spent most of the week without it. A few more pillows would be ideal as only one each. Apart from that would highly reccomend the apartment and would visit again.
-
"Would definitley stay again."
Host has been very helpful when I have deal with him.

"Lovely flat."
Extremely clean and modern. Only one thing which was a bit awkward..the closeness of the toilet to the heated towel rail ...a minor problem
-
"Great location!"
Lovely views,2. from outside, of the Orme & the beach in the distance. So lovely to be so close to town yet just far enough away to be peaceful. Easy walking distance to all the town has to offer & a lovely walk to beautiful West Shore too.

"Nice clean apartment close to all the attractions would definitely recommend"
-
"A good stay very close to Llandudno town and beach."
Parking a bit of an issue , but not a real killer in making your final choice. The flat was very clean and tidy and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.
-
"There was no information in the accommodation with reference to emergency contact, operation of equipment and waste disposal."
The bathroom could do with more shelves and coat hooks generally throughout the flat. Curtains in bedroom, would also help, as bedroom was very light with only blinds. This was a lovely flat, very clean and great location. We enjoyed our stay.

"A nice place to stay, but to hilly for us very comfortable, tv difficult to tune in could do with a full length mirror and dressing table but enjoyed our stay."
-
"Really love the apartment."
Owner always helpful and considerate. Thanks

About the location
LLANDUDNO
Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.
Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
