"Tram View is a little gem of a place in the very heart of Llandudno."
Saying that although right opposite the Tram station (hense the name) it was very quiet which is very important to me personally. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room with a good view from window. I would recommend anyone who would like to visit Llandudno to stay here, short walks to beaches, town centre and a fish n chip shop and pub over the road. What's not to like! :D

Good position in town, close to all amenities. Excellent holiday home.
-
"Great location, nice and quiet."
The apartment is in a great position for sightseeing and a good base for all the attractions and restaurants. The only problem was the bathroom and kitchen was not cleaned properly ..which the owner rectified next day when I spoke to her. Would stay again
-
"A wonderful stay at Tram View."
What a find! The apartment itself is spacious and really well-equipped for everything you need for a holiday. The only thing that would make it better is a dishwasher. The views from the front and the back of the apartment are wonderful. The apartment is really well-located too for the tram, the pier and eating out places. We really hope to stay here again.

"Nice apartment, handy for the seafront, shops, etc."
-
"A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views."
The location was perfect to access all that Llandudno has to offer. Off road parking was an added bonus for a town centre holiday rental.

-
"Lovely apartment, great location."
nicely furnished. very spacious. well equipped kitchen. thoroughly enjoyed our stay. excellent value. we were only 2 adults, but lots of room for a family. 2nd bedroom has (good sized) bunk beds and a separate single, and comfortable spacious room. and nice communications from the owners.

-
"Lovely clean apartment in a great location."
Had everything we could possibly need during our stay, plus an amazing view. Very good communication with both Sykes Cottages and the owner.
-
"Very nice property with lovely views, ideal spot for town access, good parking, two minor faults, only one toilet roll supplied and timer override on the bathroom extractor fan needs adjusted to reduce time lag, very annoying when going to bed."
-
"The apartment was clean and well equipped."
Instructions regarding the hob and oven were very useful. The milk and biscuits provided on our arrival were much appreciated. We had a lovely holiday. As we know from previous visits to Llandudno off road parking makes all the difference and the parking at Tram View was easily accessible.
-
"Lovely place to stay and ideally situated with stunning views of llandudno and the great orme."
The apartment had everything we could possible wish for with the added benefit of parking, every amenity was within easy reach with only a few minutes walk. would definitely recommend a week here.
-
"The apartment was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and welcoming with superb views across the town and bay."
Would happily recommend this property and one of our party is thinking of going back with family.

"2nd visit. Lovely location and great view, spacious rooms Kids love the bedroom and the toys and DVDs"
-
"We had a wonderful week at Tram View , the apartment is very well equipped and like a home from home."
The beds are comfortable, shower lovely and big and water hot. Kitchen has all you need , even egg cups for our boiled eggs. The place is very quiet the only thing that woke us up was an owl , and we had window open all night. We travelled here by train the station is about a 20 minute walk , we also used the local buses to go to Bodnent Gardens which is always worth a visit. . I would highly recommend Tram View for a stay and we will return.
-
"A really comfortable base for a trip to North Wales."
The parking space is a real plus in Llandudno. Everything you need is there and it’s within easy distance of all facilities. We would highly recommend Tram View.
-
"Lovely property."
No issues.
-
"Lovely comfortable accommodation- thank you"
-
"We were not a great fan of the two single beds / quilts pushed together would much have preferred a king size bed / quilt as the single quilts came off you in the night."
We did not appear to have a bin for rubbish. On the plus side the location was really good, the view from the living room was very nice and the overall size / facilities were good
-
"Superb location for the Town, apartment was well cleaned on arrival."
small niggles though, we were only provided with 2 bath and 1 hand towel for 7 nights and the shower has no shelves or racks for soap and such . Nice modern kitchen and bathroom not matched by the mismatched furniture, which gave the rest of the premises a shabby dated look

"Yes, The Stairs we’re Problematic trying to Lift Heavy Cases up!"
We dont have a Problem with Stairs normally, as we can Climb right to the Top of The Great Orme! A second Bathroom would have been good! It was comfortable & the Location was ideal for us.The Drains smelled in the Bathroom despite putting various Disinfectant & Toilet Duck down etc.Beams not good in small Bedroom as Banged my Head a few times! Wouldn’t Book it again for above Reasons!
-
"Superbly equipped and immaculately presented in a great location."
With a great view as well. Highly recommended!

"Holiday number 3 at Tram View Llandudno."
.I imagine it will not be our last. We love the location facilities and the comfort. Home from home.
-
"Location brilliant property is lovely with what you need, Plenty of space will be trying to book again soon."
King's head pub made it too. Excellent.
-
"A well appointed, well equipped and well presented appartment in a very convemnient location with the added advantage of a parking space."
-
"This was a brilliant place to stay."
So central to everything in Llandudno. It was warm, clean and comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed. We'll definitely come back.
-
"We were unpacking and came across a live carpet beetle."
Knowing a small amount about carpet beetles we know there is rarely just one and you may have a hidden larvae issue. Due to the descructive nature of these insects you can imagine we are worried about taking them home with us. There was also a damp smell, dirty crockery and the listing said super king size bed but it was 2 single beds pushed together with single bedding. The above was reported to the owner during our stay and Sykes on return. Both responses were unsatisfactory.
-
"Fabulous apartment with fantastic views and very close to all amenities."
I would definitely book to stay here again with my family. The apartment had absolutely everything you needed and very spacious. Alice touch from the owner leaving milk and biscuits.
-
"Great comfortable top floor apartment with plenty of facilities."
Within walking distance of the centre of Llandudno and the pier.
-
"This apartment met our expectations but would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues due to being on a hill and top floor apartment has two flights of stairs."
We found the apartment to be clean, well equipped and quiet. We would certainly use this apartment again.

"Great location"
-
"The communal area wasn't great however we were really pleased with the accommodation."
It was spotlessly clean and spacious. We really loved the location and felt we had made a great choice. There are lots of great independent restaurants, bars, shops and the train station all within walking distance. Which meant we didn't need to use the car. Our favourite bar was the Snowdon just a 2 minute walk from the accommodation. The views across Llandudno gave a real feeling of space in the apartment. The only things I would have liked was an iron and ironing board and a king size duvet instead of two singles on the master bed.
-
"Maybe mention that there is some noise from the local pubs, we may have been unlucky but fri and sat nights there were groups of lads shouting about outside."
-
"We had a lovely weeks break in tram view apartments!"
And really could not fault anything,it was very spacious, clean and in a perfect location for exploring north Wales. The apartment was well equipped and we were given all the information required for a comfortable stress free holiday! I would hope to be back at tram view in the near future!
-

"Tram view was a great location close to shops restaurants and pubs but was just far enough away not to be any noise at night ."
The apartment had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable , the views were great from the front room over looking the beach and the tram right behind the property .
-
"Spacious holiday let with lovely views overlooking the town and through the sky lights the cable cars up to the Orm."
The 2nd bedroom with bunk and single bed was ideal for our 3 young kids. Great location with a 5 minute walk into the town centre and also to walk up to the Orm. Parking is a premium in the centre but the let comes with parking. We would definately recommend and we will return.
-
"We had a wonderful time at TramView it was everything we wanted and more."
We will definitely stay there again.

"The flat itself is lovely, well equipped, comfortable, spacious, in a really good location and the view of Lllandudno from the living room is great."
Maybe the TV aerial needs fixing because the freeview reception (on both TVs) was sometimes so bad the the picture broke up completely and was basically unwatchable. There were a lot of DVDs available to watch instead so not a big deal. Take this next bit with a pinch of salt, it's only a small thing and may not even occur for you but it really bugged us. Don't let this put you off the flat, it's more feedback for the owners than anything else. The cleaner turned up at 9am on our leaving day and asked us to be out of the flat as soon as possible so she could do a deep clean due to COVID-19. We explained the check out time was 10am, but we would be out as soon as we had finished packing everything. She said she needed as much time as she could to deep clean the flat, which is understandable, but if the check out time is 10am then no-one should be bothering guests before then. Check in time for the next guests isn't until 3pm so I don't think it's right to ask people to leave at 9am; 10am should allow enough time for a thorough clean, or employ more cleaning staff. We felt quite pressured by this lady's approach. If you want to vary the check out time then put that on the property details.

"Our 2nd time at Tram View within a few months."
It.is a lovely place to stay , full of home comforts everything you need. A fabulous location near to all amenities. We will be booking again .

"Lovely clean and well located apartment."
Everything you could need in the apartment as well.

"Llandudno is our favourite place to be."
Tram View is a quirky home from home. It's spacious comfy everything you need.A very lush shower room and kitchen. Good views over the bay and of the tram station. Near to local pubs bars and eateries. Good walks you soon get used to the up and down slopes. A brilliant place to be.

"The TV signal leaves a lot to be desired particularly the radio channels which fade out."
We blamed the gulls sitting on the aerial (joke!) but looking at the aerial on the roof it is pointing opposite to all the other ones which suggests it may have twisted out of alignment. The apartment itself was superb, clean, spacious and stunning views of the area plus of course the Tramway right opposite.
-
"The apartment was more spacious than we had expected and had pleasant and interesting views: the tram station up to the Great Orme from the front and across to the main bay at the back."
The overall immediate effects were of space, light (with the high ceiling and skylights), "welcome," fun (as there were some resources for children) and pleasing, tasteful colours - the living/dining area was very comfortable but also stylish. We found everything we needed (and more) in the kitchen. The information pack was comprehensive and we soon learned how to use the cooker - which was new to us. The main double bedroom was like another sitting room and gave us the opportunity to be in different rooms eg when one of us wanted to be quiet and the others watch TV. Two of us were in the children's room - but enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds; it was like being in a den. There was also space on the landing for another "bed" if needed, though this was used a great storage area. The shower room was beautifully finished and the only "problem" there was that with two of us being just 5 ft, we couldn't really see in the mirror and had to lift it down. We both thought it would be good to have another full length mirror in one of the bedrooms or in the hallway. However, this didn't detract from our very relaxing stay. The location was ideal as we like both the main bay and the West beach and enjoyed the easy access to the Great Orme and Haulfre Gardens. We also had reassurance about our car being safe - having its own private space.

"Lovely clean apartment with plenty of room for our family of four."
Impressive view over Llandudno from lounge. Lovely shower too - even our 10 year old boy was eager to get in it without persuasion lol!

About the location
LLANDUDNO
Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.
Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
