  • "We had a lovely week at Glynffion."

The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. Also thanks for the welcome pack - Welsh cakes, milk and tea. Everything was well maintained and it was a pleasure to return at the end of the day. The only fault was that the EV chargers weren’t working, one reason why we booked the property. We contacted Clenergy the EV supplier, who were unable to solve the issue. This doesn’t reflect on the owners of the property but thought I should mention to make you aware. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here as does our dog Benji!

  • "Positioned between the villages of Benllech and Moelfre with excellent parking facilities lies this relatively new build complex of apartments."

Extremely spacious and well equipped for a comfortable stay and ideally situated for local amenities.

  • "Lovely clean ground floor apartment."

Under floor heating which was a treat so nice to come back to a cosy home after a big walk. Beds were comfy and the shower was lovely and hot. Very clean and the cleaner was very helpful and friendly . We had a lovely pack of Welsh cakes with milk and tea bags on arrival. No caffetiere though just a dolce gusto machine (no capsules) There wasn't any outdoor furniture at this apartment which was a real shame as we had a very sunny lovely week and the garden is big not nowhere to sit. The other 2 apartments had seating so it was a little frustrating. There is 4 of everything in the apartment cups, glasses etc so if there's 3 of you, you are washing up after every meal. You can't really use the dishwasher as you need to constantly wash up. We managed with 2 of us but it would have been nice if there were a few more plates, cups and glasses so we could have a night off washing up and make use of the dishwasher. Overall very happy with our holiday

  • "The apartment was beautifully arranged and furnished but the owner or Sykes needed to check if it was ready for visitors."

Wardrobe in single bedroom not completed, no shelves or hanging rail. Only 4 hangers in main bedroom/ in apartment. No cleaning materials which does not encourage/ help visitors to clean. No bag in any bins/ none available - we had to buy them. Needed to buy batteries for remote for tv

  • "Before booking the property I spoke to Sykes to check that there was garden furniture and that the garden was secure for our dog."

Sykes confirmed that there was garden furniture and that the garden was secure for our dog. On arrival we found that there was no garden furniture. After a few telephone calls to the caretaker, he confirmed that the property does not have garden furniture. There was no welcome pack, only one toilet roll and no tea towels or bin liners. Our cocker spaniel escaped from the garden into the adjoining car park which opened onto a busy main road where traffic travels at 60mph. We found that the garden hedge had gaps at each end and along it's length near the bottom of the hedge. It was very difficult contacting Sykes by phone during our stay to advise about the issue with the garden. Sykes website is inaccurate as it states that there is a balcony (it's a ground floor apartment), garden furniture and a secure garden. We won't be returning to the property.

  • "Good location and comfortable property."

Nice beaches but they were half an hours walk. Unfortunately we couldn't find a walking route to the beach that was listed 10 minutes from the property.

  • "Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment."

Would have liked a slip mat for the bath and a bath mat for when stepping out of the shower. Also no garden furniture although it is listed as being supplied. That said I don't think we would have used it because of the road noise.

  • "A tea towel and dishwasher tablets would have been useful but otherwise lovely apartment"

  • "The property was immaculate in its presentation and cleanliness, well appointed with a very comfortable bed, modern kitchen and new furniture."

There were no dishwasher tablets, tea towels and only a half role of toilet paper, which ran out leaving us without, however we did enjoy the search to find one! There was no garden furniture available and the garden does front directly on to a busy road. It is a very comfortable apartment with excellent parking and is central to the many beaches on the Straits side of the Island.

  • "It is a beautiful apartment, immaculately clean and very comfortable."

The only criticism we have is there is no bathmat in the bath/ shower and I did nearly slip after showering. I think we read about table and chairs in the garden? I may be mistaken, but there wasn't any. However with the traffic speeding past it was doubtful we would have sat outside. The garden however is lovely and well maintained. It's the best accommodation we have stayed in, it was perfect! Thank you

  • "The apartment was excellent, provided good value for money, was a great location to easily get around Anglesey."

The welcome pack although arrived after we had been there a few days was a lovely gesture (completely unnecessary as the apartment and the facilities as self catering are excellent, so not a cost the owner should feel the need to do) would definitely recommend and return.
