  • "Lovely property."

Great Dog friendly garden. Everything you need for your stay to be comfortable. Great base for exploring North Wales.

  • "Our stay was refreshing and worth while."

Friendly environment and lovely and kind neighbor. Quiet and peaceful serene. A pure get away environment to recoup orate from noisy environments. . We had fun coming to North Wales. The property was as described but the mattress in the bunk bed needs to be changed and the toilet seat needs to be fixed. Every other things were in order.

  • "The bungalow was clean and very comfortable, it was nice to see a well equipped kitchen where we could easily cook nice meals."

We enjoyed the outside space too, very secure and lots of space for the dogs to play. The only small negative was the hand tool part of the hoover had no suction, so when we came to clean the soft furnishings before we left we had to do it by hand. Definitely would like to stay again soon.

  • "The cottage was lovely with everything we needed and a secure garden for the dogs."

Our only criticism was the mattress in both the double bedrooms as these definitely need upgrading as they were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. Following comments from the previous guest we immediately ordered 2 new mattresses. Unfortunately as the feedback didn’t come until during your stay we couldn’t get this addressed for you. The earliest delivery we could arrange is 4 July. Property Owner

The mattress in both double rooms were very uncomfortable, we both didn’t have a decent nights sleep, also lounge sofa cushions very hard, Larger bedroom very cold radiator did not work had to use extra blankets

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the mattress and lounge furniture was not to your liking. I have ordered two new mattresses. The lounge furniture was purchased from Ikea August last year and comes in just one firmness level. The radiators in all the bedrooms have thermostatic temperature valves to allow the occupants of each room to set the radiator to their desired temperature. I will ensure this information is more prominent in the Visitor Information Book to make sure guests are aware of this and can check the settings on their arrival. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely time, The views from the bungalow are beautiful."

It was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. It's in a quiet location, but only a short distance from the town. We would recommend the Griffin pub for food .

Thank you so much for taking the time to give such lovely feedback. Property Owner

  • "I already left a note with the feedback for the owner but I'd like to say that if you are considering a holiday with your dogs, this property is great but the area is not."

There aren't any parks nearby that you can let your dogs have a run around.

Thank you for your feedback. We have now added a section into the Visitor's Book covering local walks. Included in this we have indicated where dogs do not require to be on a lead. Currently there are 8 in total varying in distance between 2.1 and 7.4 miles from the property with ample car parking. Plus, if you do not wish to use the car, you can walk your dog off the lead on the local beach on the shore of the estuary, which is 1.2 miles away. Property Owner

  • "Thank you for a lovely stay at Trem Y Foel."

We had a wonderful time, the house was even better than described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was perfect to let the dogs wonder around and the house was spotlessly clean and tidy. Plenty of local attractions within a short drive and the shops were really close by. Would love to return one day. Thank you.

Thank you for leaving such nice comments. As the property has only just gone on the market it is nice to know we are going in the right direction. We look forward to your return visit. Property Owner
