  • "Extremely disappointed when arriving at the house."

Very dirty, awful seats/sofa’s to sit on, dirty mattress’s, towels clean but all marked, decor disgraceful, chipped crockery. The only positive was the position. We left early as couldn’t wait to leave!! Alex

I am so sorry to hear your feedback but we thank you very much for bringing it to our attention so that we can rectify for future guests. We have this weekend replaced the sofas with brand new sofas - we had no idea a dog had scratched them and therefore made them uncomfortable. New photos coming soon! We have also replaced the crockery, a number of the mattresses and the towels so thank you again for bringing it to our attention. We hope you consider returning to us in the future to enjoy the new additions to the property. Thank you again. Property Owner

  • "We stayed for a week at this property."

Unfortunately, there were a number of issues. Firstly, the refrigerator was not functioning correctly, we raised this as soon as we could with Sykes (9am Monday morning) who failed to deal with it that day. We called again the following day and we were given a just about ok replacement about 2/3 way through our week though it was on the other side of the island so made it difficult still to use the kitchen effectively. This whole situation also meant that we lost a couple of hundred £ of food which went bad within 2 days of us arriving and we then had to eat out at a premium, which was not intended. Secondly the cleanliness of the property was not great I’m sorry to say, stained sheets, a mouldy smelling carpet on top floor, black mould on inside windows, dirty & dusty in a lot of places, damp patches all over the place especially in the bedrooms. It was really disappointing considering we paid nearly £4K for the week. The back gate had no lock so was a security hazard for our young child and gate was smashing loudly through the storms on our last couple of nights. The property looks ok at face value but needs updating to warrant the price being charged, you can’t sit on the sofa as the leather is cracked and it hurts your legs, the other sofa is very old and low down and the double chair is like sitting in a rock so difficult to sit on in any comfort. The beds were hard and not great mattresses so a couple of our party got bad back ache, not pleasant. People should be aware that the property is right on a busy T junction and so it can be noisy with the road as well as revellers at the restaurant over the way. Even with ear plugs in, those in the front first floor bedrooms struggled to get to sleep. We were after a peaceful holiday so I think this ought to be clear to people booking as if you have young kids they would struggle. Also parking for 3 cars would be a nightmare so not sure how it’s even possible, 2 at a push maybe. Be great as other have said to arrive to a hot hot tub but it was hot by the second day. On the upside the beach which was lovely is walkable, great park and cafes around and about (though booking is needed) and the hot tub was great even on a rainy day. Sadly wouldn’t choose to stay here again but I hope the owners get the feedback from here so that they can continue to improve experience & warrant what they are charging as our week cost an arm and a leg and just wasn’t up to scratch sadly. Sorry :(

  • "We were a family of 10."

A mixture of 6 adults , 4 small children and a small dog. The property offered us all the necessary amenities and the hot tub was our special request. I did ask if there were 2 high chairs as 2 cots are offered but unfortunately there was only one. This may be something to consider introducing in the future. The house was safe and the garden was enclosed for both the children and dog. We did not bring many toys and it was great to have a selection of toys in the property. You could not ask for a better location. 3 minute walk to the beach, minute walk to the Spar and approximately 30 minutes drive to most parts of the island. There is a restaurant over the road which is in the process of changing hands but there were other cafes and restaurants in walking distance if required. We were unable to find the stair gates on arrival but a simple quick call to the contact provided and this was sorted very quickly. I did see in a previous review a mention of a clothes line of some description which would be very helpful as we were constantly drying towels over towel rails and radiators . As a family with small children we did struggle to tidy and vacate the property by 10am , and this is not a criticism, but an extra 30 minutes on the checkout time would of taken a part of the checking out stress away. I like to strip all the bedding to try and help with the property owners post stay clean up. We would certainly return and stay as a family again. Thank you from the The Smith family.

The cottage was lovely, very clean and the open plan layout was perfect for our family stay with 6 adults, a teenager and a 5 year old. The cottage was also well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was also a welcome addition. The location is brilliant, a few minutes walk from the beach/Bay which despite being February and very windy, we enjoyed the walk! There's also a Spar shop, Sea Shanty Cafe (amazing food!), fish & chips shop, Oceans Edge restaurant, Inn at the Bay pub/Hotel, all within walking distance. Holyhead is also only 5 minutes or so drive away if larger supermarkets are needed. Overall our stay was fantastic and would definitely go back and recommend Treaddur View

  • "Ample off road parking for upto 4 vehicles."

House was warm. We could only use one shower at a time as low water pressure caused second shower to stop working. Same applied if washing machine ,dishwasher or toilet was flushed. Wrong type of hot water system for holiday let. First floor shower trap was blocked with hair and soap which looked like it had been there for a while. The bath was loose and moved. Door threshold strip from bathroom door was missing, leaving a raw tiled edge where it met the landing carpet. This could be a potential trip hazard and a danger to bare feet. Whilst cooking the electricity in the kitchen tripped on 4 different occasions, easy to reset but needs looking into. Door into conservatory had cracked glass. There was a log burner in the lounge but no fuel provided. The hot tub was a great feature but no-one came to check chlorine levels etc. General cleanliness could have been better. Cottage is in a good location with pubs, restaurants, takeaways and a great little beach a few minutes away. Property needs a good clean and the few issues rectified. Generally we enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed a great week here at Treaddur View, great location, just a short walk to the beach, park, shop and restaurants. There were 7 adults in our party and 3 children and a baby, plenty room for us all. The house had everything we needed, plenty of crockery and a highchair and baby gate were provided. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need, nice little welcome pack of teabags and Welsh treats too. The layout and furniture in the living area could be improved as it was a bit awkward to watch TV etc as a large group, but that is the only criticism we had. We didn't use the hot tub so can't comment on that but the outside area was clean and pleasant to sit in. All-in-all we had a fabulous stay, and would definitely recommend and return to this cottage.

  • "The property itself has a number of issues that need resolving."

    1. Bed mattresses are in a terrible condition particularly the single mattresses. They are not fit to sleep in and need replacing. You can literally feel all the springs. The children in the party just about managed to sleep on them but they would be totally unsuitable for an adult to sleep in. When arrived home after the holiday my child commented that they were ‘glad they could now sleep in a comfortable bed’. 2. The property is advertised for 12 people. However, the pull out bed in the living room is in a disgusting condition and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It was full of sand and wasn’t very pleasant at all. I can’t believe they are advertising this as a bed suitable to sleep in. 3. Some items of broken furniture in the house. My niece slept in a bed that was broken at the bottom and the table football was wonky and potentially unsafe. 4. The bedroom my children slept in had black mould on the window which we had to clean on arrival. There was also a significant damp issue on one wall which resulted in the room smelling unpleasant all week. 5. Mould around the edge of the showers. My husband ended up going shopping for cleaning stuff and had to clean around the shower. The house is in desperate need of a deep clean! 6. Half of the hot tub filters don’t work. This is mentioned in reviews back in June and still has not been fixed. It also had a lot of sand at the bottom when we arrived and hadn’t been cleaned properly. This was probably due the fact that when we arrived the cleaners children were in the hot tub!!!! We contacted Sykes about the issues and were told the property owners would be in contact but no-one responded back to us for weeks. We received no explanation for the issues and it is obvious that the property owner couldn’t care less! It is ridiculous that when you are paying so much money basic maintenance and cleaning isn’t done!!!

Little disappointed that not all jets working on hottub which we informed P&J about and they were already aware, also the main bathroom water pressure was effected when utilities were in use in the kitchen, would recommend some booster pumps to help with this. Agree that property could do with some maintenance, however, none of the above effected our stay. Property is in a great location to access all local amenities and beech. Thank you for helping us create more family memories.

Thank you for your lovely comments. We are happy to confirm that after a long, long wait for the replacement part required to work the half of the hot tub jets that weren't working, it has finally been replaced and is in full working order. The house is in a great location with bars, restaurants and a convenience store very close by. There are many beautiful beaches within walking distance and would highly recommend the Sea Shanty for food. The facilities in the house are really good with added extras like stairgates which we found very useful and a small games room for the children. We were very disappointed however that the jets in the hot tub were not all working which we reported to the managing company. They said they would report this to the owner but no one came out to fix it and basically only one side of the hot tub was working. Also the side hedge was overgrown which made walking round to the front garden a bit awkward. Overall we had a lovely stay in this property.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback. The hot tub is in fully working order and has only just had a service but we are awaiting a replacement part for the hot tub. So sorry for any inconvenience caused. Hope to see you back again soon. Property Owner

The property was in a good location and close to the sea front. However, In order for the property owner to improve things for future guests experience, I need to mention a few things that were not up to the standard we expected. 1) Property sleeps up to 12 people, yet there was only (1) toilet roll for use in the main bathroom and nothing at all in the bathroom downstairs. 2) Only (1) hand pump soap in the downstairs bathroom-nothing in the first floor bathroom. 3) Kitchen pans were in poor condition - handles loose and generally "tired" in appearance. 4) The large refuse bin (in the carparking area) was extremely full and hardly any room for our refuse. 5) No initial paper/kindling/logs/ for the wood burner which we have never experienced previously when renting holiday properties with wood burners. 7) Only (1) refuse bag supplied in kitchen-no spares 8) One of the only two lights in the hot tub area were working.

Thank you for your feedback. Thanks for letting us know about the pans, we will get them replaced. Apologies that the maintenance company had run out of soap so couldn't leave a new one in the first floor bathroom. A log should always be left for guests so apologies this was missed this time. All dining room chairs are loose and feel like they are about to break at anytime. There was dried food stains in the dining room from previous guests. Nobody came to top up the chemicals in the hot tub, the tablets that was left in the floater had run out by the Monday, the filter looks like it’s never ever been cleaned or replaced, so the tub was not filtering how it should be. On our last day we noticed that two of the bed room walls was wet, I assumed rain water was getting in to the cavity some how.

Thank you for your comments. We are very proud of the convenient location of our property, so thank you for complementing its fabulous location. I am however extremely surprised to hear your comments regarding the cleanliness of the table as the house got a full 3 day spring clean just the week before you arrived and the table got fully dismantled and cleaned thoroughly. The hot tub also had a full disinfectant and flush and the filter scrubbed during this spring clean. Our Managing agents did attempt a a mid week hot tub check, but unfortunately you were all using the hot tub at the time, so they were unable to complete this for you. The chemical tablets are slow release and would easily last a week but we did notice that the dosing system had been tuned up whilst you were there, which will be why they dissolved so quickly. We have double checked all the chairs in the dining room to ensure they are fully secure. When the managing agents attended to assist with the TV, they did ask you if everything else was ok with the property, in which you replied yes. We want all our guests to fully enjoy their stay and we are always on hand to assist if any issues occur during your stay. Thank you again for your comments. Property Owner

It is very spacious and in a perfect location. The beach is a two minute walk away. Trearddur bay is a beautiful bay. There is a local shop and ice cream parlour/bar/restaurant in the bay. Then big supermarkets a five minute drive away. The house has everything you need. There were ten of us. The hot tub was amazing it made our holiday. The bedrooms are very spacious too. The house was a little difficult to find. The sat nav takes you to the road it’s on but it’s a very long road and the house sign is not very visible. We called the number given to us and got specific directions to find it and it was fine. my sister ordered an online shop to come on the first day of our trip but the driver couldn’t find it either, he called once but she missed the call, so he went to his next job and so she had to collect the shopping the next day from Tesco. The lock on the downstairs toilet is broken this was really a problem for us. The only thing that wasn’t at the house was any cleaning products, there were ten of us staying a full week so we had to go buy some anti bac spray so that we could wipe down the toilets and sinks each day. Some bleach and spray for the toilets would have been useful. I used the dryer on the first day and unbeknown to me the water tank was full and the filter was completely clogged . It didn’t work at all because of this and when my husband had a look to see why it wasn’t working he pulled out the water tank and it was completely overflowing with water everywhere! The filter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month! Luckily he noticed it as this is a serious fire hazard! This type of dryer needs the filter and the water tank emptying after every cycle. Something to note regarding the beach is that the tide doesn’t go out till about 2pm. So on our first day it was glorious weather we headed down to the beach about 10.30am and as there was such little beach with the tide being in we barely got a spot big enough for us to put a towel down together. So if there is a lot of you and it’s a great day weather wise you need to get down there first thing otherwise there’s literally no space at all! The next day we took the sun tent down to the beach at 9 am and set up a spot for us all and we’re fine but it soon filled up around us very quickly. Once the tide goes out about 2 there was lots of beach. All in all a gorgeous property, and we would stay again. The location is ideal and the house had fab touches like the table football which my boys loved and the x box.

The kitchen was kitted out with a fantastic array of equipment, everything you could possibly need. A couple of areas need a bit of TLC but not really anything to complain about. Two small problems were dealt with friendly and efficiently by the management company. One issue was the upstairs shower has no pressure if any other water source was on in the house and just stopped but honestly we got used to that and it became quite a talking point. One recommendation would be a washing line, there is nowhere to hang washed clothes, or damp towels and we found ourselves using the tumble drier multiple times, with the cost of electricity, we honestly felt extremely guilty. Other than that a lovely place to stay, so close to the beach and amazing bars and restaurants too. Thank you

  • "Firstly let me say that the house is beautiful and decorated to a lovely standard."

But we did have a few problems...... There was a bad smell throughout the house, that seemed to be coming from the kitchen, (possibly the fridge drip tray??). We reported it and a man came to investigate, agreed there was a terrible smell that hit him as soon as he walked through the door, but said it could only be resolved on changeover day so we just had to live with it for the week. It was very unpleasant and really affected our stay. Hopefully this was just a one off, and it was sorted after we left, but it still spoiled our stay nonetheless. Also, the sofas in the living area were really hard, so it was difficult to get comfortable in the evenings. We did also feel that it could have benefitted from better bathroom placement. There was one large bathroom on the middle floor which served mostly everyone as no-one wanted the inconvenience of going downstairs through the living area and kitchen to access the other shower room. There are no en-suites, so just the 2 bathrooms and toilets, one of which isnt even near the sleeping quarters, between up to a maximum of 12 people seems a little insufficient. We struggled with just 7 of us so I dread to think how a group of 12 would manage. There'd have to be a bathroom rota!

The house was spotlessly clean (hats off to the cleaner for that x) bright and airy. We all found the beds to be comfortable and after long days out or on the beach, we slept like logs anyway! Enough space for three cars, as stated, you could probably squeeze in a fourth! Loved the chill out space in the loft and games room downstairs - really nice touches. The garden is a real sun trap, but with shade under the lovely hot tub canopy, it has a great little BBQ/fire pit, many a marshmallow got toasted! The kitchen had tons of equipment, which made cooking for so many that bit easier. The location is fantastic, close to a local convenience shop and literally around the corner from cafes, restaurants and the beautiful beach. The only tiny issue we found was water pressure, when the showers were in use simultaneously it reduced the pressure right down (not great with a head full of shampoo) - but that would absolutely not stop us from rebooking or recommending. A wonderful family holiday place.

The owners have gone above and beyond to provide not only the basics but most other things too. If you are travelling with children I would highly recommend this house. There is a separate conservatory area that is full of jigsaws, toys, DVDs and games. We had awful weather the week we stayed and hardly left the house but our children (ranging from 2-11) didn’t have chance to get bored. There is also a travel cot, high chair and stair gates at the property. The one thing to note if you’re travelling with young children, in a group, is the ground floor is all open plan and my little ones did struggle to get to sleep at night if everybody was chatting downstairs. Other reviews mention the water pressure and it is a bit of an issue if you’re in the shower and somebody attempts to wash up or flushes another toilet. We were there for 5 days and soon got the hang of it. You do have to announce that you’re going to have a shower but as long as everybody knows and doesn’t use water elsewhere there is more than enough water pressure to have an enjoyable shower. The house itself is kitted out very well and there was more than enough space for 7 adults and 5 children to stay, in our party, and not feel like you’re on top of each other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Thank you so much for your 100% glowing review, it means so much to us, as we have worked really hard to make Trearddur View a home away from home. • "We spent.a wonderful weekend at this lovely house at the beginning of December with family to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary."

The house was just perfect in size for us and has everything you need. Its decor is charming with a real seaside vibe. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and in general very roomy. The weather was too bad to use the hot tub but it was ready and heated when we arrived. A lovely gift of of a fruited loaf and butter were a welcome treat when we arrived. The only small niggles were the timings. We couldn’t get into the house before 5pm on the day of arrival and had to leave by 9am on the day of departure. I understand that this is probably Covid related but it does rather cut your time at the property down and while fuel for the fire was included in the stay, we couldn’t find any and had to buy our own fuel. That said I highly recommend this house, it is in a fabulous location with the beach, shops and pub literally minutes away. We had a great time thank you.

Swimming in the sea and then coming back to get warm in the hot tub was a real hit with the group! The welcome goodies were also very much appreciated. The only issue was the recycling - how strange that because we didn't need to do it, we all felt very guilty putting everything in one bin!!! Would recommend this property for a group, who are just happy chilling and sitting around the large dining table playing games and drinking!!!!

Thank you for such a wonderful review. No need to feel guilty about the recycling though, as the company we use segregate, sort and recycle at their base. Look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Property Owner

We loved the room and space on the top floor it was such a nice area. It had everything we needed the kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of pots, cups, plates, cheese board, large slow cooker we couldnt have asked for more. The only improvment areas would be the shower on the 1st floor, if someone was in the shower on the ground floor the water stopped on the 1st floor. The second is the toaster if you use the right hand side it trips the electrics. None of the 2 improvments impacted our stay we all had a great time.

  • "A lovely big house that easily fits 8 adults, in a great position."

Comfortable and spacious. Hot tub was fab and we had a great holiday as a family. That said, we could have done with an extra fridge to store all the food and drink we had brought. One fridge for 8 people is not enough. (Covid advice was to bring own food) Also only one shower can be used at a time, as it impacts on temperature and flow if both are used together. Again for 8 adults, this feels a bit inadequate. I do feel a little cheated as we had to arrive so late (5pm) on our first day and leave so early (9am) on our last day. We were all up at 7 cleaning up to leave it "exactly how we found it" and with a 3month old baby, getting out of the house for 9am was no mean feat! Perhaps 10 or 11am departure would be more humane, especially as we had cleaned and tidied up for an hour!

Thank you for your lovely comments. The good news is we have added a wine fridge to the kitchen which will help with the additional fridge space. We are trying really hard to improve the pressure of the water but we are currently at the hands of Welsh water and finally with regards to check in and check out times, we do hope to put these back to normal times once the COVID pandemic settles down, which would give you more time. Thank you once again for your lovely comments and we hope to welcome you back very soon. Property Owner

Roomy and bright and great outside area and parking. Great hot tub and facilities for children. Let down by little things, tin opener didn’t work so we bought one, several dead bulbs in the lamps in living / dining area. No working lights at all around the hot tub and on examination all the bulbs and fittings there were rusted. The Bbq chain and mechanism for grill were ‘rusted up’ and almost impossible to operate. Not enough ‘chopping boards’ when cooking for eleven people. Phoned local agent re lights around hot tub but no reply so left a telephone message but no one responded to us. The hose pipe in the outside area needs updating and the Water pressure In the hose was non existent. Great holiday in great house in a great location but let down by minor issues that could have Been resolved cheaply and easily between clients at the property.

  • "We all had to muck in to clean when we arrived at the property."

Saying that we couldn't enter the property because of the cleaners needing to do a thorough Covid clean is laughable. The couches were so dirty we had to wet wipe them down as best we could, there was sand and can rings under the couch cushions!! We had to wash all the Plates, Bowls, Cutlery, Pans etc as they were dirty with dried food, some glasses had lipstick on them!!! how cleaners didn't check and see this i DO not know!! Only one shower could be used at a time, if anyone had a shower in the down stairs bathroom and someone was in the upstairs bathroom shower the water turned to freezing cold and turned to a trickle. Flowers were left on the table but the water was green and stagnant. There was dog dirt down the side of the house, luckily we didnt have any young children running around. The house is ideally situated with the beach in walking distance which makes it so sad because we would have definitely loved to have returned but with what we encountered we just wouldn't take the chance...

Many thanks for your comments, they are much appreciated. I am so pleased that you loved the location of the property with its such close proximity to the beach. In regards to the cleaning, we were very surprised to hear your concerns as we have never had this issue in the 3 years we have been renting the property with the same cleaning company. We can assure you that the house in thoroughly disinfected and fogged before arrival, however, we have implemented a new process with future guests to ensure this does not happen again. We have invested in a leather restorer since your comments regarding the sofas which has brought the sofas back to life so many thanks for that, and a new sofa will be purchased in the next owners maintenance slot. The flowers were hand picked by one of our cleaners on the day of your arrival so they were saddened to think that you thought they were stagnant. Thank you for your comments on the water supply - we have notified the Welsh Water and they are planning on putting a thicker diameter water main to the property The have promised that this will be carried out in the coming months but are working through a backlog because of COVID. We do hope that you reconsider about returning to the property since you loved the house so much. Property Owner

Seconds from the beach and right next to a playing field and park we had a great time. The house was spacious and was very well equipped. Beds were a little soft but thats a personal choice. The house was very clean however just dont drop anything under sofas, as they need a good clean under them. We wernt under them often. The TV is complicated but very well explained in the greating book. Hot tub was amazing and kids loved it. Not sure if there were to much cleaning chemicals in it as both daughters had problems with "hot wees" after using the firat time and it smelt extremely "chlorine" the first 2 days. However this did settle the more it was used. Overall a great holiday cottage with everything you need and in a wonderful location.

There's a shower room downstairs and a huge bathroom with another shower upstairs. The conservatory is a bright, warm and lovely space stocked with games, football table and books. The outside areas are fully enclosed - a small lawn with rattan table and chairs at the front of the house, plus a large patio at the back complete with large table, parasol and an undercover area with rattan sofa and amazing hot tub are the icing on the cake! We particulary loved the open plan downstairs area ....we could cook and still be with the family, dinning table was great for eating or playing mousetrap and everyone can join in. The boys used the hot tub, and the hot tub area is just lovely - the seating and chimnea are gorgeous, and to be honest the freezing dash back to the house is part of the fun of having a hot tub in the winter....and I believe quite healthy, the Norweigans roll in the snow!!. The bathrooms and bedrooms are lovely we had 3 generations and they catered for every whim ......the downstairs bathroom in particular is gorgeous, loved the tiles. The owners are obviously freshening the house up bit by bit and I can't wait to visit again to see what they've done differently, the only low point I could see was that the wardrobes in the main bedroom were a little tired.....but who spends their holiday looking at a wardrobe. I booked the house for the position, Trearddur Bay is our winter destination of choice and there are some fabulous restaurants within staggering distance.....our fav is The Black Seal. We have stayed all over the bay in different houses ( on our walks we say oh look we've stayed there, we've stayed there etc)......last year we stayed in one of the big houses behind the beach, and altho it had a fantastic view, it wasn't nearly as comfortable as this house. In fact with the lovely £40 Sykes have sent, I'll be booking again........thank you so much

  • "I was told there was a separate WC at the house in addition to the main bathroom."

I was not told the owner had ripped out the downstairs loo and locked the door before our visit. If I had known there was only one WC I would not have booked the house. A downstairs loo would have also kept down the traffic on the stairs. The house has been refurbished to a high standard and the kitchen is really good and works well. And the hot tub was marvellous and was really enjoyed. However the TV was not set up for use and it took most of December 23rd to get it sorted out, the two double plugs in the living room area did not work, the conservatory was too cold to use and hardly enticing for book choices. Also the bed duvets were flimsy and inadequate for winter and although there were inviting little trugs full of blankets, when opened they proved too small to fit over the beds. They were cot sized. Towels were on the small side too. Coming out of a hot tub into the winter air we could have done with larger bath sheets. Also the lack of a dustpan and brush did not help us keep the place as clean as we wanted and the provision of a hair dryer and larger saucepans would have been good. A lot of time and energy has been devoted to small details like homilies on the walls and fancy cushions but more basic things like removing the thick layer of dust on all the wardrobe shelves in the main bedroom requiring us to keep clothes in suitcases would have been more to the point. Unless this sounds churlish we all thought the pile of crackers, the Christmas card, the pack of mince pies, bottle of wine and the Christmassy decorations on the table to welcome us, were lovely and really appreciated. So mix of successes and failures really. Didn't spoil our Christmas but all the things we mentioned could have improved the place. And finally the empty grate and the (empty) log basket cries out for a wood burning stove instead of an empty void in the sitting room where the sofas were slippery and cold.Perhaps the balance between style and substance was a little awry?

Thank you for your feedback and your patience being the first people into the house after the major renovation works with a brand new outdoor hot tub area, lounge with log burner, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and dining area. There is a downstairs bathroom in the property but unfortunately it had to be shut off for your visit as it wasn't quite complete but is now completely finished. We are sorry you felt the conservatory was cold, the temperature of the house can be easily increased with the dial on the wall in the lounge with full instructions in the welcome pack. Each bed has a duvet as well as a bed throw as well as plenty of standard sized blankets in each bedroom to ensure a snug nights sleep. As part of the renovation work we have also added a log burner located in the lounge area, however this has been fitted since your stay as unfortunately the supplier let us down. Thank you for your suggestion of larger pans and a hairdryer which we have now bought for the property. We do hope that now each of your comments have been satisfied, you will consider staying with us again. Property Owner
