  • "We were disappointed that there was no washing up liquid or tea towels."

No basic condiments. Cooker hood extractor not working. Bathroom cabinet still not fixed noted in previous review, some curtain tie back fixtures missing. No dustpan and brush supplied had we wanted to sweep up. Other than these issues the flat was very comfortable and centrally located.

  • "My wife and i have stayed on numerous times and love it in flat 2 ."

But feel that the courtyard area really lets the property down and really needs a makeover as it looks really tired and messy. Also the bathroom cabinet needs looking at, paint chipped off doors not fitting right. I am only saying this as the rest of the flat is lovely. We have booked twice more for later in the year and love staying at flat 2.

Only downside is parking which isn't near enough to hear car alarm going off. Would definitely book again.

The only moan is i had to unblock the shower trap as the tray nearly overflowed due to the trap being blocked up with hair and crud and obviously hadnt been cleaned for a long time.otherwise the flat was great.

  • "Had a lovely stay, Flat 2 was very clean/comfortable, perfect for what we wanted."

Very good communication from the owners. Lots of shops close by. 5 min walk to the station. Sure we’ll be back.

  • "Enjoyed our first stay in North Wales."

Clean and comfortable., especially the bed. Great location for shops and plenty of choices within walking distance for eating out or takeaway. We were only here for three nights so did not cook. Train station is 5 minute walk. Car park was close ( you do not get a ticket for the free 4 hrs, we stood at the machine for ages trying to work it out until we saw someone to ask). Instructions from owner were very clear and we had no problem locating it or obtaining the keys. We had no issues from the noise of the high street. Bring your own soap and tea towel. ( I always do ). If we were coming back to Prestatyn we would stay here again.

  • "The property was modern, clean and cozy."

.a perfect base for our stay. Close to all necessary amenities. Only qualm is it can be a little noisy at night as you are so close to the street. But that was only on one night, the rest of the time it was quiet and generally felt quite safe. Would definitely reccomend it as a place to stay when visiting Prestatyn.

  • "We had a lovely holiday in this flat."

Don't be put off by the entry way, the flat is really nice. The bed is super comfortable and I wanted to take the corner settee home with me. Large windows in the main area are looking out over the High Street but not overlooked. It was very hot but I think everyone everywhere was hot last week. 16th - 23rd July. The kitchen is fine for holiday catering. The bathroom and shower are good. Being situated on the High Street it is close to everything. But there is an element of noise on a Friday and Saturday evening. Prestatyn is quite pretty and it is a 15 min walk to the beach. Lots to see and do within an hours drive.
