"Immaculately clean and one of the best equipped rental properties we have been in."
The location on the site is superb (especially if you have children who enjoy the adjacent play area as we did) and the passes to the Warren are very useful. We would highly recommend this property.

Walks on your door step, close enough to the beach to walk. Holiday home right next to play ground which was ideal that we could watch the kids play from the gorgeous outdoor sitting area at the holiday home. Communication from the hosts was fantastic. We will be returning!

The property itself was perfect for us, very spacious and clean in a great location next to the field and park. The outside space was also a highlight with plenty of seating and ample space. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and really did feel like a home away from home for us. The weather wasn't too great all week so the use of the Warren was fab, with the pools, sports and activities for our two children aged 11 and 9. The owner was very helpful and prompt to respond to any queries before and during the holiday. Overall a great place and wouldn't hesitate to return!

"I would highly recommend 97 Crugan."
We've stayed there twice and looking to stay again. The lodge is lovely, really well furnished and the owner has thought of everything you might possibly need. We've also had fantastic communication from the owner both times. The site itself is perfect for young families with a play area and grassed area for football etc. The Warren is only a few minutes away and you have full access to all their facilities. For us, the open space of Crugan and access to Warren facilities is the best of both worlds.

The play area on site is great for the kids and lovely beach walks not far away at all. The added bonus of access to the Warren was perfect for the kids - they loved it. We would love to return.

"An excellent holiday property."
Very comfortable, well equipped and managed. Certainly one of the best we have ever stayed in, everything you need has been thought of. A superb outdoor area with comfortable furniture in four different areas enhances the property too . The property is well located on the Crugan site and close to a number of beautiful beaches. It looks out onto a large grassy area which is ideal for children, but offers plenty of of privacy too. Definitely five star in all areas! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

"97 Crugan is a lovely holiday home."
The park its self is ideally located, just outside Abersoch. All the homes are spaced out and with plenty of open green areas. The Chalet is very well equipped indeed, comfortable beds (one king size), the kitchen as at home, big screen TV, (also smaller in its bedroom), comfortable sofas and a good amount of enclosed outside space - with soft furnishings for outdoor living.Owner Anne was on hand to deal with one tiny issue, she could not have been more helpful. We hope to go back next year.

"Making the booking was problematic through Sykes as we were using a voucher from a cancelled booking in 2022 and we had to phone up as the voucher didn’t work online."
The pre arrival information from the owner was fantastic who gave is loads of useful information and kept in touch with us throughout. The accommodation was fantastic. We have had many holidays in holiday parks in the UK but this was without doubt the best we have had both from presentation of the property and the communication from the owners. This property offers so much more than a usual lodge on a holiday park, not least a full bath, walk in wardrobe, sizeable master bedroom, fantastic outdoor living area (shame we couldn't use due to weather), great WiFi, 2 x smart TV’s, washing machine and more……..However what really made this holiday was the personal service from the owners - thank you Ann and Andy .

"Lovely few days away with the kids."
The park home is lovely and comfortable. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to go for some nice walks along the Warren beach which is only a few minutes away in the car and also Abersoch. Park site has a great outdoor area a play area for the kids which they loved. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

"What a beautiful home from home!"
Extremely well presented, nicely located with everything and more catered for in the property. Beds are extremely comfortable, showers where powerful and the kitchen had everything! The decking areas are great to sit and watch the kids play and wrap around the property with lots of out door space to chill out! Close to the beaches of Abersoch and the stunning llanbedrog, with access to the warren and the great pools and slide for the children. On site is a large play area which my little one loved! 3 generations of family stayed and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and will be returning!

"Sykes were very helpful in sourcing options that met our needs and we’re available at short notice."
The team were very attentive and the booking process was very quick and simple. Following completion of our booking, the owners provided us with a very good welcome pack via email. It gave a great oversight of what we could expect on arrival and they were also very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The caravan itself was brilliant. Very new, clean, comfortable, and well kitted out with everything you could need. The outside space is amazing if you get good weather. The site is in a good location, easily accessible on the main road between Abersoch and Pwllheli, and central to accessing all areas of the Llyn. In the centre of the site there is a big grass area and kids park/activity area which kept them busy. The booking included access to The Warren site. Amongst other facilities they have heated outdoor pools and a small soft play area for kids which was a bonus given the bad weather we had. The beach is lovely and easy on site parking makes it ideal. We would highly recommend and would definitely go back again.

Tucked away on the popular Crugan Holiday Park in Llanbedrog, Gwynedd, is this stylish two-bedroom lodge, 97 Crugan.
Guests of Crugan Holiday Park have access to facilities at The Warren which is a few minutes drive away.
The facilities there include a spa, three outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a restaurant and bar.
LLanbedrog has a lovely National Trust beach at your disposal at 97 Crugan, making it an ideal setting for couples or a family of four.
Before entering your new home away from home, leave your vehicle in one of the two off-road parking spaces available.
Make your way into the contemporary open-plan living area, where you'll be able to prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, and savour them at the dining table for four.
On warmer days why not indulge in a spot of alfresco dining on the wrap around deck overlooking the green.
Relax on one of the two inviting sofas in the sitting area while watching a movie on the Smart TV with your loved ones in the warmth of the electric fire.
Shower or bathe in the tub before retiring to one of the two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom smart TV and walk in closet providing ample storage and the other a twin.
Take advantage of the use of The Warren Park nearby, which includes a fitness centre, six tennis courts, a multi-purpose sports hall with three badminton courts and two squash courts, three out-door swimming pools and a flume, a pool bar and café, and a spa with a long list of treatments available.

There's a magnificent castle in Criccieth perched above the water, as well as Criccieth Beach and The Eisteddfa Fishery & Café.

Abersoch 3 miles; Pwllheli 4 miles.
The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
