  • "Lovely place, good location."

The accommodation was spotless, beds comfortable. Curtain and blinds were of top quality the best I have ever had in any accommodation I have stayed in. The only thing, there could be a few more kitchen utensils. A vegetable peeler, a strainer spoon, serving spoon and a potato masher. The shower is very good but the shower organiser is very rusty. The sofa was a little bit low and I did have a bit of difficulty getting up off it but i do have long legs, but again it was of a very good quality and comfortable. Overall I can not fault the place. Plenty of space for putting your clothes, I like the hanging rails, the coat hangers again were of a good quality, not your normal wire or plastic. The Wi-Fi was quick and never faltered and a good size and easy to use. We had a lovely stay, slept well. Even the dog relaxed in the place, she does get anxious sometimes but not here. I would recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

  • "We holiday on Anglesey several times a year and look for good quality dog friendly accommodation."

This was a short break left late to book so we were delighted to find something in Rhosneigr for our trip. The flat was conveniently located just a short walk to the shops and restaurants on the high street. Parking right outside the door, the hallway was spacious for shoes, coats etc. living room and kitchen area were well equipped and comfortable. Shower room was clean and the shower was really powerful so great for getting sand off after a day on the beach. Both bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Small yard area with seating to the rear and benches to the side for an evening sun cuppa. We wished we could have stayed longer! Lovely accommodation, thank you

! Just different name!! Complete inaccessability of the named person who did not reply to phone calls or messages or texts. Resulting in serious health and safety issues. The floor of the shower was lethal when wet but urgent requests for a nonslip shower mat were ignored . Steps at the front of the property need to be highlighted to avoid a fall One of our party fell was able to save herself on the wall but sustained a nasty wound to her arm resulting in Daily Daily dressing. Too much technology explanations instead of simple instructions. Remember you cater for all ages. ! Not all are computer literate..no help from stacey!!

the toilet seat was loose and moving about so that was tightened up we found the sofa too low and difficult to get up I feel let down by the lack of preparation of the property prior to our arrival also there was only one contact number it was the cleaners number who was on holiday so she was passing information on the owners to get things fixed I believe the owners are aware of the issue with the sofa

  • "Thé cottage lacked basic items like a place to hang coats on the entrance wall (the vacuum cleaner cupboard is not very accessible), no hair dryer, no coffee table as mentioned in the book."

We had a hard time finding the wifi code. Why put it in a small picture frame, inside the instructions would br easier! The bathroom could have some shelves and hangers. On the positive side the kitchen was well equipped.

  • "We had high hopes for a peaceful Monday to Friday break, but the apartment block turned out to be right next door to RAF Valley who apparently practice their manoeuvres Monday to friday."

All day. The 'high street' had no shops to browse, just one or two cafes. It seems to be more a place for families with small children and dogs..and there were lots of dogs. The accommodation itself was really nice...spotlessly clean and fully equipped. However the large sofa has seen better days and was very low and saggy to sit on...very uncomfortable for a couple in our early 70s, we struggled! This had been noted by several previous guests judging by the comments in a guest book there, as well as the broken toilet seat, but I'm guessing the owner is reluctant to replace the sofa because the apartment is mostly used by families with dogs & children. Why the broken toilet seat hasn't been addressed we don't know. Anglesey itself is lovely but our first visit has left us feeling a bit disappointed. We should have looked more deeply into where the town is situated re RAF Valley, and found out how many shops and pubs there are. Unless you're happy just sitting on the beach all day or walking dogs for miles, there wasn't much else to do. My daughter owns a dog and is always looking for accommodation that accepts dogs, but even she said they like to see a town with shops and pubs etc, and not just nothing! Some of the ads don't give the complete picture.

  • "Lovely clean apartment in very pretty location."

It’s was our first visit to Anglesey so would have benefited from a tourist information pack and map to help us make the most of our stay. Also information on dog friendly beaches would be good. The accommodation was adequate. Unfortunately visiting with my elderly mother we found the settees very low and she struggled to get comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is excellent The small enclosed patio area was accessed through the bedroom and the door very hard to unlock so we didn’t use it. Some coat hooks near the door would be useful. We also found that only 3 of the rings on the gas hob worked. But having said all that we enjoyed our short stay and will definitely visit Anglesey again but if we come again with a dog would look for a property with a more suitable enclosed outside space.

  • "We absolutely loved staying here, we did 3 nights with our 2 young children and dog and the flat was immaculate."

It had everything you need plus a few little helpful extras and a brilliant location to walk everywhere. The only thing that would stop me booking it again was the WiFi - it was possibly shared with another place and when everyone was home in the evenings it just dropped out repeatedly. It meant that once the kids were in bed we couldn’t watch a film, and there isn’t much else to do when little ones asleep so we found that hard. Otherwise a great place and would recommend x

The owner said it was being updated & did provide a short sheet but this was inaccurate. We tried to go to one of the pubs that she recommended, The Crown in Aberffraw, but it closed down in March 2023! This was very disappointing. Also, the bin day was incorrect.
