  • "Location was amazing, already missing our early morning walks along the beach."

Couldn't fault the comfort of the house/cottage. It was very clean and felt like home from home. Would recommend it to family and friends, spent my 60th birthday there and it was the relaxation I truly needed. Thank you

Thanks for your lovely comments. We are so glad you enjoyed yourselves and Happy belated birthday! Property Owner

Rhos on Sea. The house had a modern interior, was clean and had all the things we needed. It was a spacious house completely suitable for a group of 5 people, with lots of good facilities. We would be very happy to try and book a holiday there sometime in the future.

  • "The cottage was spotlessly clean, reasonably sized except for the kitchen which was small, and for us had perfect minimalist decor."

Kitchen is small and fridge is in the utility, making cooking a little awkward (a sharper kitchen knife would have been appreciated too). There's some lovely takeaways though - we enjoyed Dinos and East Eat in particular. On days weather permitted we are in the lovely contained garden with spot on dining set in a sun trap Parking is far from ideal. It's on street free for all parking, you're on a bend, next to a really confusing driveway next door (they have a drive but no stopped kerb to indicate start and end), on a narrow road with a driveway just along opposite. Having a washer drier was a fab facility, but the dryer function on didn't work very well, was incredibly loud and didn't seem to work! Overall, it was a lovely stay, but unless parking changes we'll look elsewhere next time we want to stay in the area.

  • "We enjoyed our stay at 13 the crescent and it was clean and cosy inside but at the back needed a good clean too many overhanging tree's encouraging birds and bird droppings, the small table and chairs looked good in the photos at the front but was old and rusty and not safe."

Also I think it should be noted the parking is far from ideal having to bump the kerb outside the house due to the narrow road .

Very easy to walk around the coastal paths. Enjoyed visiting Conwy Castle and Snowdonia area. Loved that back garden. Very quiet area and comfy beds. Would consider staying there again. Please note that the dryer is faulty, our clothes came out just as wet as they went in!

  • "We had a lovely time staying at No13, The Crescent."

Thank you to Dylan and Emma for the welcome items left to start our stay. The house was ideal for our family group (parents and three grown up children plus our Cavapoo) and we were lucky enough to have a couple of good days weather-wise so we spent some time in the sun-trap of a garden too. The house is in a quiet location (with very friendly neighbours) but within walking distance of everything the wonderful Rhos on Sea has to offer. Parking wasn’t a problem for us more or less outside the house, on the street, but if you had more than one car you would just have to park a little bit further around the crescent. The house was lovely and clean and a real home from home. We would happily recommend it and hopefully will make a return booking. Kind regards.

  • "We had a great stay at this house, three generations getting together for some much needed family time."

Lovely modern bathroom, comfy beds and cosy sitting room. A few extra little touches would make it perfect, such as hand soap in the bathroom, salt, pepper, sugar and maybe a few teabags would have been nice. Not costly for the owners to supply these items but they make a big difference to guests, especially after a 400 mile journey with a 2 year old. It would have been nice to be able to make a cuppa on arrival rather than having to go straight back out to the shop. All that being said, we would definitely return and recommend it as a great place to stay. Note that the parking can be a bit difficult at times.

  • "We stayed here last minute and the place was clean and well looked after."

Dylan and Emma have done a really good job and the place is really a cosy home from home. Everything you need is available and a nice arrival pack to get you going. The rooms and bedding are great and the settee in the front room was awesome. Back garden is secure for our dog and walks right from the door. We used it as a base as we not far away so visited loads of the local beaches and the seals at Angel Beach.

You could hear a pin drop at night and I haven't slept so well for a long time. It is spotlessly clean with nice furnishings and the kitchen is well equipped. The house is also exceptional value for money - I booked another property in Rhos for my parents which was much more expensive and nowhere near as nice (or clean) as this house.

Perfectly situated in a quiet area, immaculately clean and with everything a family needs for their holiday. We especially loved the dog safe back garden. We have a big lurcher and even he couldn’t jump the fences - we just blocked the low side gate to stop him chasing the neighbour’s cat

Because the visiting family had travelled from Australia the central heating had been switched on in advance and the family were granted early access. Parking was on the road but we always managed to park right outside although the road was quite narrow. The main thing it could do with is a second toilet or even better second shower. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and ticked every box. The property itself is a great size for a family of 4/5 and with the recent refurbishment everything is new and has been thoughtfully kitted out. It is in a super location, being a short walk from the centre of Rhos on Sea and with easy access by car to the rest of the Welsh coastline. We were all impressed by the cleanliness of the property, it was simply spotless. The friendly texts from the owners before and during our stay were really appreciated, giving us confidence we could call them if we needed anything. We would happily recommend staying here and if back in the area in the future would definitely return.
