It was a beautiful apartment, very clean and decorated to high standard, it had everything you could want , comfortable beds , up to date furniture and the owner kindly left us a welcome pack . • "Thought check in time was rather late but once we got into apartment we were well pleased."

Very clean and well organised. Lovely apartment well decorated and was very comfortable. Richard the owner left us a welcome pack which was very welcome as it meant we could have brew as soon as we arrived. Richard also checked everything was okay with a phone call which is nice. Would highly recommend this property you are just two minutes walk of promenade pier and shops. Will definitely go again.

  • "Fantastic Apartment & A Lovely Stay!"

We had a fantastic short stay. Downtown Apartment offered by Sykes was very well equipped with everything you could possibly require. Apartment was very clean and well presented. The welcome pack received was very much appreciated and the icing on the top was when the host dropped by to greet us and made us feel very welcome. This beautiful ground floor apartment was very close to the North Shore beach and Llandudno pier aswell as an array of restaurants and Llandudno high street. There is plenty of free parking in and around the streets where apartment is located. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this beautiful apartment again!

  • "This is really lovely ground floor apartment central in Llandudno on a quiet road."

We have stayed here before and found the owner to be extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped, the welcome pack was a nice addition. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

  • "This property appears to have been recently renovated to a good and tasteful standard."

The welcoming pack of tea, coffee, milk, etc was very good. The owner contacted us during our stay to check if everything was ok or if there was anything we needed - a very nice thoughtful touch. The location is ideal for the town facilities, the North beach and pier, the tramway, the cable car, and a nice stroll along to the West beach. In my opinion this property is worthy of another star.

A good central location but it was still pretty quiet. Many thanks - we hope to be able to visit again on our next trip to Llandudno.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
