The house was amazing everything provided for you. The only things we could find wrong with the house is there is no instructions for the cooker found it very difficult to set it. Also the main shower it has some tiles at the end of the shower that are very slippery when wet had to buy a slip mat as I slipped on them.

Thanks for this. So pleased you enjoyed your stay. I’m so sorry about the tiles and the cooker instructions! We will take a look at this. Property Owner

  • "We enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious, modern, well appointed house."

The location is quiet, but is close enough to walk in to Treadurr Bay and you can hear the sea at night. We loved the big kitchen with bifold doors out to the patio and the balcony off the living room, great in the sunshine. Beds were comfy. Just a few small niggles: no cafettiere, blunt kitchen knives, and the shower curtain in the first floor bathroom needs replacing

Thanks. We are looking into the issues you raised. Glad you had a lovely time Property Owner

  • "The property is a new build and was clean and neat with everything we could need for our holiday."

The beds were comfortable, and the furniture as required. There were games and toys too to keep all ages entertained. Hot water and heating were fine. The kitchen was ideal and well equipped for self-catering which we do a lot of. The area is quiet and very pleasant we spent much of our time just enjoying the fresh air and watching the waves breaking on the rocks. The weather as expected for Anglesey at this time of the year… all in all we had a very enjoyable extended weekend break.

Thanks so much for your lovely review. We are very pleased you enjoyed your break. We love Anglesey at this time of year! We do hope you will return soon. Property Owner

  • "To me having to leave the dog down stairs in the kitchen, when the living area was on the first floor was unfair."

Yes keep them out of bedrooms. So to me this house is not totally dog friendly. House was very clean. In kitchen there is very little storeage cupboards for your own food.

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you were unhappy with a couple of things and have taken on board your comments. I do hope you enjoyed the property and your stay otherwise. Property Owner

Builing work we were aware of but 8am wake ups a little annoying. The heating in the bedroom i couldnt appear to adjust and got very warm and uncomfortable to sleep in as unable to open a window. Settee in lounge just isnt comfy, otherwise great place to stay.

Hi Thanks for your feedback. The heating is fully adjustable in each room and the windows do open! The building work close to the house is finished. Anyone should feel free to call with any issue and we’ll sort it! Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely stay at this house ."

The house is on a new development which is not yet finished and on week days works starts at 8 . We were not disrupted particularly, but it must be noted that the development isnt yet finished and further houses are to be built . It’s definitely something to be aware of as the only access is past the front of the house . The house is also more than a 10 minute walk into the centre . Again not a problem , but it should be noted . It’s realistically a 15-20 walk . The area is beautiful, the beaches are beautiful. The village has limited restaurants. Only one really , the Sea Shanty , which is lovely. Another is opening in September. There is a Chinese takeaway as well , and 2 small village shops . The house was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were quite large . Whilst there are beds for 8 people the lounge absolutely could not take 8 , if you were at capacity, 4 comfortably and 6 at a squeeze . There is room in the kitchen downstairs for 8 around the table which is great . The kitchen space area is great , with big patio doors onto a small garden . We had a dog with us so this is great for a dog . The kitchen itself was fairly well equipped , but some of the equipment was very cheap quality , such as the knives and forks and the other utensils, and I felt this let it down . Some basic items not available such a a pizza cutter . There are very basic condiments left such as salt and pepper and oil , but nothing else . I would definitely stay here again , but check on the building works first . It’s been done by a small firm of builders , so the new houses will not be finished anytime soon ,

Thanks for this feedback. There is no building work near the house now. Glad you liked the property. We have taken on board some of your comments about utensils etc. Since you were staying there are lots of options for eating in the Bay itself. The Hotel has a fab restaurant, the newly opened Ocean’s Edge is a short walk, and of course the Sea Croft pub on the other side of the bay does good food. Property Owner
