"A magnificent house in stunning surroundings."
Even the beautiful pictures don't do it all justice. Fully equipped with everything you could need and then more. A family of four adults and three teens who where all well occupied in the area.

Avilion’s interior is decorated to the highest standard and is full of character.The living room has an expansive beamed ceiling, with a large open fire for cosy evenings in and magnificent views of the coastline.Leading from the sitting room there is a fantastic snug located in one of the large turrets, where you can take some time out on the Chaise Longue.
The dining room seats up to 16, two large tables in the main room and adjoining turret.The room boasts sea views from every direction and there is a large gas fire to provide warmth and atmosphere.A perfect and setting for memorable evening meals with friends and family.
The large kitchen is superbly equipped with all mod cons, cooking appliances and the adjoining utility room and pantry are very useful for storage.
The bright and airy conservatory sits six, perfect for breakfast or a light lunch.It’s also the perfect spot to put your feet up on the large seats and sofa.The views are absolutely breath-taking, reaching out to sea with no interruptions.You can even see as far as Ireland on a clear day! Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom and bathroom.
The first floor, you will find the master bedroom with panoramic sea views, king size bed with Tempur mattress, and an en-suite bathroom in the turret.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
