"Overall we had a pleasant stay."
It had everything that we needed. Also, we enjoyed our time at the holiday property. I'd definitely recommend to a friend/family member.

"Menai View is a fantastic holiday home-away-from-home."
Everything we needed was there. We couldn't fault it at all. Thank you very much. We had a wonderful holiday and Y Felinhelli is a great base for travelling over to Anglesey and accessing North Wales. Thanks again!

"Menai View was just perfect."
Great base to explore Anglesey and the Mountains as well. The house had everything we needed - amazing views from the balcony, comfy beds and great showers. We really didn't want to leave!

"Lovely home and a lovely area."
We had a great, comfortable and relaxing stay. The radiator in the downstairs bedroom didn't work neither did the one in the hallway, so that needs looking at. We didn't call anyone as it wasn't needed, but thought it best to let you know.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated! We have had all the heating checked and found that the radiators downstairs were blocked up with silt. This has been completely re-done since your stay and all the radiators work properly now - we are sorry they weren’t working when you were there. Thank you again, Rio & Neil Property Owner

"LOVELY WELL PRETENSIVE HOUSE WE LIKED THE PROPERTY VERY MUCH."
COUPLE OF POINTS THE T,V, RECEPTION WAS USELESS. THE VAC STILL HAD FLOOR WASTE IN THE CONTAINER, INSTEAD OF A BOTTLE OF WINE[WHICH WAS A LOVELY, WHY NOT SOME MILK/OR /BUTTER
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to do it. We are very sorry that the TV reception wasn’t good, we weren’t aware that this had become a problem until your feedback - since your visit we have rectified this. The welcome pack should have contained milk as well as the wine, we have discussed this with the team for the future. Again, we are grateful for the feedback and hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay, Many thanks, Rio & Neil Property Owner

"Really lovely property - the balcony had amazing views."
The only two things we felt were missing was a tin opener in the kitchen and a sweeping brush to keep autumnal leaves at bay! Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We had no idea that the tin opener had gone AWOL! And thank you for mentioning a brush for the leaves, that we can definitely sort out. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay, Many thanks, Rio & Neil Property Owner

"We had a lovely stay to celebrate my wife’s birthday."
We didn’t get to go away for her 50th due to the pandemic. So we wanted to go somewhere special. The house was beautifully clean, it had all we needed to feel at home. The sea view from the lounge are was great. Beds comfortable, whole house felt really clean and fresh. Ground floor bedroom, although luxurious, we would have preferred it to mirror the neutral decor of the other two bedrooms. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much
