  • "Great holiday home, clean and cosy."

They supplied everything you would need for your stay. Location was good, although in a housing estate we found it okay, and not far from Whitby town. Great bus service on the main road, so you don’t have to drive everywhere. Would definitely consider returning.

  • "The pillows and bed in upstairs double bedroom not very comfortable."

Might just be down to our preference. Did miss an outside garden for the dog and to hang out washing but still loved the property. Very cosy to relax in at night. Would book again coming back to whitby

  • "The Haven is situated in a quiet area, and has parking."

We went at a very popular time with Regatta and Folk week happening in Whitby. There were thousands of visitors around so everywhere was busy. Returning to the quiet tranquility of Haven each evening was tremendous. We visit Whitby several times a year and would definitely book Haven again.

  • "Great property, was exactly what we needed for 7 of us (2 adults, 2 x 17, 2 x 15 and a dog)."

Lovely and clean, very comfortable. The owner, Tim, couldn’t have been more helpful when we had an issue with the boiler. Would 100% recommend the property to others and are very likely to book again in the future.

  • "Lovely clean and modern accommodation throughout."

Thought at first it was a little far out of Whitby, but it turned out to be ideal, very quiet area and fantastic walks for our dogs over and around the viaduct and into Whitby. Both our dogs enjoyed the walks and stay as well. Fully deserved top marks all round. Thank you and hopefully we will return.

We had a great time and we had our 2 dogs with us which is important to us. The only thing I could not find was a hair dryer lol, but hey I could have taken mine with me.

  • "The property was just as described and perfect for our needs."

Spotlessly clean and well placed for visiting Whitby and the surrounding areas. We loved being so close to the Cider Track for cycle trips. Good information provided before we went and great help afterwards when we found we'd left a bike charger there.

  • "Stunning property, well located."

Had a fabulous week with family and dogs. Only downside for me is the garden is really small and not very dog friendly. The living quarters are upstairs and the only entrance/exit is downstairs, gravelled yard is entered by a small gate next to the property so you can't just let your dogs have free reign of the garden. However, this wasn't so much of a problem as we were out and about most of the day and the dogs were with us, but ours love just lazing in the garden. On a positive note, the house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need, in a lovely area and just over a mile from whitby centre.
