Very secure garden and spacious. We had a nice welcome pack. Great location, with plenty to see and do nearby as well as further away. Personal preference would have been non stick utensils so pans weren’t damaged and a gadget to clean any spills on the induction hob. Despite having to buy foil, cling film and a sieve which would have been handy we had a great stay and will hopefully return

Upon our arrival we was met with a lovely welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and a bottle of wine. Fresh milk had been left in the fridge and everywhere was immaculate. Gary (owner) is lovely and made sure we was happy and settled. The location of this property is perfect for lots of activities… We had a day at Dalby Forest which was a half hour drive, Filey beach around the same and a couple of local walks just 10 mins away. Cedar barn farm shop was worth the visit, it’s pricey but fabulous quality produce. Also worth a mention is the local chippy - delicious fish and chips cooked traditionally in beef dripping. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carl & Lisa
