• "Really enjoyed our stay at the annexe."

  The beach is a 5 minute walk. The annexe itself is well presented and felt very private and tucked away in the residential area. We had everything we needed at the annexe and will be booking again for next year with our dogs. The garden is a private secure garden and the dogs could not get out!

• "We’ve just come back from a lovely holiday at the Annexe."

  It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well furnished. Jude and Paul were very helpful without being intrusive. Henry loved being able to wander in and out of the garden. The beach and town are in easy walking distance so no need to take the car out.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Annexe Having some mobility difficulties I found it perfect for my needs Bed was high and extremely comfortable The walk in shower was excellent having appropriate flooring, hand rail and both toilets were higher than the normal bathroom toilets, which for me personally was a great plus We liked the fact that the bedrooms were at separate ends of the building Giving you more privacy say if friends were sharing the accommodation The open plan living space was of a good size and well furnished Lots of little finishing touches The garden / parking space were very good It allowed us to get our car off the front of the property and the garden was great for ourselves and our dog She was secure in the enclosed space and we could enjoy sitting outside taking in the sun The owners were very caring and friendly Would recommend The Annexe to everyone

• "Well what a beautiful little gem of a property."

  It was so comfortable to relax in. It had everything we needed for a group of 4 adults and a dog. there was nothing we needed whilst there, every little detail had been taken care of from a fully functioning and well equipt kitchen including a ninja dual airfryer, to dogs blankets, doggy towels and even a set of dog bowls. The beds were so comfy and you had a choice of 2 singles or kingsize in one bedroom and lovely double in the other room. The shower was lovely and the bonus of an extra loo off the living area was great. The garden was wel maintained and had lovely seating area with cushions. Jude was very friendly and we exchanged a few texts where she updated us on a local food festival that was being held which I thought was very thoughtful. Although the Annexe had everything we needed, if it didn't I have no doubt that Jude would have accommodated any wishes we had. I cannot wait to return TBH the access to to town and of course the beautiful beaches is second to none. I cannot fault anything with regards to accommodation and location.

• "The Annexe is absolutely beautiful, I would highly recommend the accommodation, definitely worthy of 5 stars, it's like home from home, immaculate extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped."

  The secure enclosed garden is private and dog friendly. It's in a good location, walking distance to the promenade and beaches. Lovely hosts too.

• "When we booked the Annex it was advertised as having 2 Bathrooms."

  This was particularly important to us because we had our disabled son with us. It was only on arrival and reading the most up todate information that one of the bathrooms had been demoted to a cloakroom toilet. This was a problem. for us and if we were aware at the time of Booking we would have looked for an alternative. The Annex was clean and well furnished and apart from the second bathroom was ideal for our needs.

We strive to improve our guests experience and we feel we have managed to do this by taking on board other guests reviews & comments. • "The Annexe, Bridlington is well situated in the town being convenient for the North Promenade, town centre, harbour and South beach."

  The Annexe is dog friendly and we took our spaniel with the two of us. The garden and courtyard is secure as the Annexe occupants can control the opening of its gates from the inside. (Our hosts, Paul and Jude also have their own dogs so have alleviated any dog-proof concerns.) The accommodation is as described with the decor, fittings and equipment being in excellent condition and of good quality. There is a mini supermarket virtually at the eastern end of Trinity Road for essentials (e.g. wine) and a good selection of pubs, restaurants and an inexpensive cocktail bar Cocktail Revolution within comfortable walking distance. Paul and Jude are locals and know the area so for advice, answers to relevant questions, just ask. There were welcome goodies awaiting, for both human and dog guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

• "Fabulous pad !"

  The hosts have thought of everything. Little touches to make your stay home from home. The garden was safe. With locked high gates. We were able to park our car inside the annexe too for added security. Garden was part patio and part grass. Dogs loved it. Heating can be controlled internally so no worries on the chilly days. Fabulous shower. Comfy beds. Loo roll. Linens and towels provided along with tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits! Added bonus of a ninja air fryer too if you want to cook. Short walk into the town. Can recommend Little Scilily ITALIAN restaurant. We had a lovely Bank Holiday here and would def like to return in the future.

• "We he’s a lovely holiday in the cosy Annexe with lots of extras."

• "This was our 2nd stay at The Annexe & we can’t wait to return."

  The Annexe is spotlessly clean & is well equipped. Having the air frying brought in for us during our stay, was a game changer at meal times. The owners, Paul & Jude, live next door & are on hand if needed. During our recent stay, Paul even gritting the path for us during the freezing weather…much appreciated as I am a wheelchair user & was staying there with elderly relatives. Thank you Jude & Paul for making our week there so enjoyable.

  Very clean,But shower made so much noise when using it,Thought they should of been washing machine dryer,And never ever before have we been asked to hoover ,and stripe Beds,before leaving,when we were on holiday

  Just to be clear, we have never ever asked or required any guests to strip or hoover anything in The Annexe. We are not sure where this information has come from, maybe you would be kind enough to inform us please. If you had contacted us we would have been able to assure you that it is definitely not or never has been required. The Annexe is fully cleaned after each guest & we do not expect or rely on guests to do any of the cleaning. There is a hoover provided as previous guests have asked for one to be supplied. The shower is in a wet room & has a pump to drain the excess water away, maybe you have not used a system like this before. We do not provide a washer/dryer & that is clearly noted in the description. We appreciate all feedback & wish you well with your next holiday. Property Owner

• "Had a lovely stay for a few days in the beautiful annexe."

  Had everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely, clean and comfy beds. Happy to make up as a king bed for us rather than twin bed. All level access for anyone with mobility difficulties and walk in shower with handrail. Met the owners during our stay who were lovely and helpful. We will be visiting again when we head to the coast.

• "The Annexe is exceptional."

  Everything is brand new for the 2023 season and of real high quality. Literally everything you needed was there. We stayed as a family of 4 and loved everything about it - lovely little sun trap garden with seating, spacious and really comfortable living area and just a two minute walk (or 5 minutes with kids!) to the beach and promenade. One of the best accomodations that we've stayed with, with Sykes and the owners next door couldn't have been more helpful or lovely.
