  • "Just returned from a fabulous weekend at this great house."

Ideal for a family get together. Great facilities & very spacious rooms with 3 ensuites. Everything was spotless & the kitchen was really well equipped with loads of pots & cutlery. Loved the hot tub & the kids enjoyed the trampoline. The owners kept in touch via txt which was really helpful. If I was to put a minus in think a couple more occasional tables in the living room would be perfect!! Great position for walking into town & the harbour, can recommend busy bees for fish & chips & the micro pub round the corner for great beer! We will certainly be back to stay at Wellington house!

thanks for your feedback, we are really pleased to hear you had such a good time. Property Owner

Lovley property needs some tlc took maintence 3 visits to open 2 windows should have come back on 3rd day of holiday to fix 2 switches living room light did not work bathroom light/ fan switch was broke so at night could not use these rooms ensuite on first floor leaked into dinning room offered to come at 3pm on last day of holiday do asked them to wait as we needed to be out at 10am the next morning we have used sykes alot did not feel this was upto there normal standards

We are sorry that it was unfortunate that a few maintanence issues arose during your stay. We did send a handyman out the same day that you notified us of these issues and he came to fix the windows and pull cord. As he explained at the time there would be a delay of a day in getting the windows fixed due to the need to order parts. The leak from one of the bedrooms was beyond our control and we arranged for a plumber to come over as soon as was possible. Once again we apologise for the unfortunate occurance of a few maintenance issues but are glad that you enjoyed the property and its facilities as a whole. Property Owner

  • "This is a lovely warm house situated in the heart of Bridlington ."

The owner bent over backwards to make our holiday work after our original booking was cancelled by Sykes an hour before we were due to arrive. We found every thing we needed in the kitchen and the ladies loved the hot tub which was very clean and well maintained. The house is very near a good shopping street which provided everything we ran out of or needed.
