• "Wonderful property and facilities."

  Had a very enjoyable stay. Only draw back was parking. As I had elderly parents, parking outside the property was ideal. However it wasn't possible some days as other cars were parked outside. This is difficult to correct as its a road but caused issues for my parents walking a distance. Otherwise would highly recommend this amazing property

• "Westfield is truly gorgeous; perfectly located and such a cosy home-away-from-home."

  ..if it's not too fanciful, I found it a kind and peaceful house- I felt very welcome!- and my partner and son loved it too. Well maintained, well stocked, well furnished, and very comfy beds; each room is so lovely... it's all so thoughtfully done... we simply had a very happy & relaxing holiday thanks to Westfield. • "A lovely cottage , very comfortable and had everything you could need like home from home ."

  All the bedrooms had lovely bedding and pillows and were nicely decorated .A big bathroom all nicely done .I especially like the area Flamborough is so pretty ,we had really good weather and we all had a very nice stay at the cottage .Would recommended all good and very clean and tidy .Hope to stay again sometime .Thank you Anne and family x

  The cottage had everything you needed and then some! One of the cleanest we have stayed in. Friendly owner nothing too much trouble, highly recommend this place !

  All good, excellent location to the area in close proximity to a good selection of pubs and restaurants And close proximity to local resorts like Filey Bridlington Scarborough etc My only criticism is that the sofa is tired (sagging in the middle) and arguably could do with replacing

• "We had a lovely stay at Westfield Cottage."

  It was exceptionally clean. All the rooms were very spacious with a lovely decor. Beds and sofas were comfortable. Close to beaches. Nice pubs, restaurants & cafes within walking distance. We recommend The Rose and Crown for good quality food at reasonable prices. The bath was lovely and deep.

• "Lovely house, owner was fantastic, we had an issue with the back door In arrival which she had only just been made aware of but managed to get it fixed the next day with no issues or inconvenience to us."

  There was everything you could need at the house. Fantastic area, highly recommend a walk down to the cliff tops.

  Good location. Extremely well-equipped with supplies of loo rolls, dishwasher tablets, bags etc. Most places give only a few. Comfy bed. Very clean. Owner replied immediately to my recycling query.

• "We had a lovely few days at Westfield."

  Just like home from home. The cottage was lovely. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely days out, and lovely walks to the sea from the cottage. A lovely huge field only 5 mins walk from the cottage. It was our little dogs first holiday and he thoroughly enjoyed it too. Filey beach was lovely. Had a visit to Flamborough head lighthouse and Bempton Cliffs which is a must. We will definitely be back to Westfield for another visit to Flamborough

• "This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed on holiday and I can't think of anything I disliked about the property."

  The house was immaculate, comfortable and well-located; the facilities were excellent, everything we needed was provided and the bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch!! We also enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden on sunny days. The only slight issue was that it was sometimes difficult to get parked outside the house, but this was not a major inconvenience. We had a great stay and our dog loved it too! Would definitely recommend and am already thinking about booking again for next year!

• "Great location for walking to village facilities, walks from door to cliffs and coves and rides to all the coastal resorts."

  Very clean and well maintained and absolutely everything provided. Not keen on tiny wash basin on toilet cistern with cold water only, felt need to go next door to bathroom to use hot water. Otherwise we could not fault it. Enjoyed pool table too.

• "Westfield was really a lovely cottage there was nothing you could fault about it."

  It was lovely and clean had everything you needed home from home comfy beds you couldn't ask for anything more. It was idle spot ad near the beaches close to the village where all the pubs did home cooked food. The owner Ann left us breakfast which was a lovely thought and really nice. Ann was also very helpful and easy to get hold of and replied promptly. Thank you

  A good base to visit the East Coast as not far to Bridlington, Filey or Scarborough. The owner left fantastic ingredients for us to make breakfast which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

• "It was such a lovely property, very well presented and small detail was nice."

  It really was a home from home! The only issue we had was making sure we were back to make sure we had a parking space for roadside parking. We normally did find a spot, even if it was a few houses away. But other than this I would certainly recommend this property. The owner was very helpful and even looked for keys my husband had lost, after we had left. She was always just a text message away.

  Enjoyed the nearby headland walks and scenery; especially the Flamborough Lighthouse tour. House was in easy reach of Bridlington and Filey. The local pubs and shops provided essentials.

• "Lovely property."

  Every thing that we could possibly need was provided ....Large Yorkshire breakfast sausages, bacon, Black pudding, eggs. Treats, dog bags towels etc. All condiments, soaps, toilet rolls etc. We did not have to buy anything except our food.
