Tv is great so much to watch. There is only street parking and only certain hrs but we found it less hassle pay and park in carpark opposite house download app and your sorted. Thank you Zoe for a making our holiday great with a lovely house come back to every day

  • "A really lovely stay and great location for shops, beach and restaurants."

The parking was fine and we purchased a long stay pass from the council which meant we could use the car park opposite which always had space. It was very quiet and comfortable, everything you need and little luxuries like dishwasher and washer dryer to make the stay easier. I will be coming back, the bathroom is beautiful.

  • "Just spent a fabulous week her with family."

House has everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher. Bedrooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are so comfortable.. House is situated so close to both beaches and the castle. There is a great pub just up the road serving delicious pub food too. Can’t recommend this house enough. We would love to book again for next year.

  • "Fabulous house in a great location right in the heart of the wonderful Scarborough with easy access to both bays/ beaches ,close to our favourite eateries and coffee spots and a super base to tour the magnificent North Yorkshire Coast."

We were a family group of 3 couples and the house was spacious and modern. The owner had considered the comfort of the guests with little touches like light reducing curtains, dressing tables and clothing storage in all three of the spacious double bedrooms and a dining table to seat 6. The bathroom is fabulous and the house decor adds a little luxury to the stay. We are very frequent visitors to Scarborough and have already booked 3 Auborough St again and are looking forward to our next stay.

  • "The house was ok but the area the house was in was not the best and I would not recommend for ladies or ladies/children on their own."

Although it said on street parking this was very limited and you end up having to pay for parking on the nearby car park. Garden area was extremely small. Kitchen and bathroom were lovely. It was expensive for the standard of accommodation.

Beautiful place to stay, well equipped, bed really comfy, the down side is the limited parking of 2 hours then having to move vehcle, surrounding area isn't very pleasant but if you go right out the door, north beach is around the corner which is stunning, afraid patio is very small so our dog hadn't got much space to roam but we were out most days so he got plenty of exercise, Beautiful beaches

  • "What a beautiful house, top class interior designing, the wallpaper has to be seen to be believed."

Large well equipped kitchen with washer and dishwasher (I don't do washing up at home). Bathroom straight out of Ideal Homes exhibition. Most importantly it felt homely and welcoming, we spent more time than usual just relaxing and watching the widescreen TV. Situated close to local amenities and beach at end of road, we will definitely visit again

  • "This is a lovely warm and cosy three story house close to the town."

It was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided. Lovely large smart TV. The only slight drawback was the parking as you either had to pay or use the zone parking for a couple of hours and then move the car. We decided to park our car further out where there were no restrictions, but it was a good 20 minute walk. Other than that, I cannot praise the house enough.

Thankyou for your positive review. So glad you enjoyed the house and Scarborough. Property Owner

  • "Very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, high quality towels, fabulous bathroom, comfy bed, efficient heating and hot water system."

Good location made it easy to access all of Scarborough. We had a lovely few days, thanks very much! (The tiniest negative was that the bedroom curtains were missing a few hooks which made them tricky to close and open. )

Thankyou for your positive review. So glad you had a wonderful time in Scarborough..Will check out the curtain hooks .Thankyou Property Owner

  • "The property was well situated, in a quiet area yet close to the town and seafront."

It was superbly equipped and met all our creature comforts. Perhaps a little more info would have been good on arrival as we needed to call the owner to suss out the heating. Parking also a bit of a problem as car needs to be shifted every couple of hours, although this is down to local parking policy and not the owner who had thoughtfully provided two parking discs and a day pass. We parked on Falls Grave road, a safe area just outside the Disc Zone and a short bus ride away so that we could just leave the car there and forget about it for a few days.

Thankyou for your kind review and I'm so glad you enjoyed the house.I took your advice and updated the welcome letter. information. Property Owner
