The only thing that could be made clearer was that you do think you are getting the whole house and this would include the back area, but you don't get that as the back of the house belongs to someone else. This made absolutely no difference to us but families with young children need to be aware that there is no safe outside space to play. Other than that PERFECT!

We felt welcomed from the start with a fantastic welcome pack - the best I have ever seen, anywhere. We found a number of walks and despite being somewhat muddy coming back we felt reassured that the owners accepted this could happen and had provided a place for footwear and wet gear. With regards to the property: Amazingly covid thoughtful owners. As hermits for the last 18m we were worried about a break away. But all the covid precautions are in place and we were immediately at ease. Very good location and the parking for a large family car was easy. The pre-arrival info from the owner was brilliant. House was very well furnished. (The photos online need updating as the house has been refurbished since the current photos - so you will be in for a wonderful surprise. ) We didn't require one on this visit, but the only suggestion I'd make to the owners is to consider installing a washing machine & drier or washer/drier, possibly in the spacious bathroom. Overall it was really relaxing staying here and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.
