"Wonderful property exactly as described."
Welcome pack was a really nice touch and much appreciated.
The property was perfect for our family with the living spaces all really clean and furnished to a good standard. The kitchen has verything you could need for cooking meals and breakfast time.
The car parking space is a real benefit, it was as described and a tight space, but I got skoda superb estate car parked in the space. Once parked it remained there for the stay as there was so much to do in Whitby which is only a 15 minute walk away.
The family loved staying here and we'd happily recommend it and stay again if we visit Whitby.

"We had a really lovely stay in Above & Beyond, from comfort to equipment everything is thoughtfully provided, even a nice welcome pack!"
The property is centrally located, for visiting local areas like Sandsend, Saltburn if you want a short drive or just going locally into the town or beach which can easily be reached on foot on by car or open top bus (bus stop just outside)

Issued resolved by Sykes sending in a couple of young ladies. Contacted Yorkshire Holidays at 15:30 Cleaners arrived at 16:00 approx finished by 17:00

"Above & Beyond is a beautiful apartment and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay."
The secure parking is a bonus, in somewhere like Whitby, where there is not a lot of parking. We did not use our car whilst we were there but walked and used the open top bus on one day.

A real home-from-home, everything we needed was there. Lovely, comfortable seating and beds, plenty of storage, great views and location. Above and Beyond was everything we'd hoped for - booked again before we left.

"Lovely clean apartment with nice decor."
Very comfortable. Great having the balcony. We were lucky to have good weather and used it often. Also good having a private parking place. One of nicest places we have stayed in. Five minutes down to the shops and a short walk to West Cliff and the Leisure centre in the other direction. If we return to Whitby we will certainly book Above and Beyond.

"Very comfortable and convenient apartment."
Would recommend to family and friends. Thankyou for biscuits etc would have appreciated a small carton of milk for a cuppa on arrival. Secure parking a bonus but a bit of a squeeze.

"We had a fabulous weekend at this apartment."
It was stylish, spotless and very comfortable. We loved everything about it especially eating breakfast on the balcony. We are booking for next year but for a week this time. The car parking space is a real bonus too in Whitby. We would highly recommend to anyone.

"The apartment is excellent and we would definitely return."
Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The location beside Pannett Park is great for walking into town or up onto West Cliff.
It was lovely sitting in the lounge looking out across the balcony at the April weather.
(NB Although the website says the second bedroom is two twin beds, they can be zip linked together to make a larger double.)

Good location for accessing the town and the beaches - 5 minutes walk away. There is a dedicated parking space and a bus stop right outside the door, handy for trips further up the coast to Runswick. Staithes and Saltburn.

,The property was in immaculate condition, in a very desirable location ,it had everything we needed,The location was so good there were 2 bus stops immediately outside the property,one to the town and one towards Sandsend,walking to town was very easy with various routes available,

"Beds in twin bedroom are only 2ft 6ins wide."
OK for children but not suitable for large adult. Heated towel rail in one bathroom does not function. Only four coat-hangers in one of the bedroom wardrobes . Overall the apartment and its location are good.
Thank you for your feedback. The twin beds are zip link beds which when put together make a king size bed for those that require a larger bed. Unfortunately the towel rail had been turned off, thankfully not broken, and the 22 other coat hangers in the property had all been moved into one wardrobe. We're glad you enjoyed your stay.

"An excellent apartment in an ideal location, just a short walk from Whitby."
The property was very clean and well equipped, with a nice view of the Abbey from the bedroom and the North York moors from the living room (despite the Esso station across the road). The terrace would be a nice place to sit outside during a warmer time of year.
A second front door key would have been useful for the larger groups.

Had everything that we could need and the little welcome basket was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable and weather was even good enough for us to be able to use the balcony. There was only the two of us, but there's plenty of room for 4. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking to stay in Whitby.
