  • "We were moved into a different chalet at the last minute due to water problems."

The chalet address is 225 Third Avenue. It was filthy kitchen utensils dirty ,grease everywhere ,stained and dirty cups and microwave. The skirting boards and round the edges of carpet disgusting. Towel radiator did not work. Lukewarm water. Multi plug extension leads everywhere and wires. I have taken some photos. It generally spoilt our holiday. Sorry to report this but we have used your company before and been very impressed with the accommodations we have stayed in. You really need to see it to believe it.
