• "House was very clean."

  It was furnished to a high standard. Very quiet location but only 6 miles away from Berwick. All the appliances were up to date and well maintained. The house was spacious which isn’t always the case with properties for two. Great place to unwind. Owners were lovely and helpful. Especially when I forget to make ice for my G & T. Well done Lesley and Lawson. We hope to return.

• "An exceptional property - stylish and luxuriously fitted throughout."

  A wonderfully comfortable bed - we slept like logs every night! There is everything here that you could want for a rural getaway - beautifully situated on private land at the end of a very long lane so no passing traffic. Easy access to the A1 and Berwick upon Tweed, we loved the sense of being 'away from it all' yet close enough to town. The owners are wonderful - friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them - they live on site so always there to help if needed. A thoroughly enjoyable stay - we would highly recommend this property

  .nothing was too much trouble. The Dairy itself as absolutely amazing…the attention to detail and the comfort both fabulous. A brilliant location for Holy Island and Bamburgh. Even Scotland is on the doorstep. We will definitely recommend this beautiful property and area.

• "We found this property exceeded every expectation, it is superbly equipped, comfortable and spacious, there’s also a well equipped private outdoor area as well."

  Lesley and Lawson are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble as they want to ensure your stay is perfect. Great location for days out. Easy access to A1, but far enough away (approx 2-3 miles) to enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful part of the country. We hope to return.

  They have done a great job on the conversion of The Dairy from an agricultural building to a comfortable holiday home. It is comfortable and well equipped, especilally the kitchen. If you are looking for a quiet getaway for two people I can thoroughly reccommend The Dairy.

  The open plan kitchen, dining and living area provide a bright and airy feel. It is an ideally situated base from which to explore the local area, Scottish borders and beyond. The property owners Lesley and Lawson are perfect hosts who are genuinely concerned that guests have a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We are already looking forward to our next stay in the Dairy.

  There if you need them and genuinely interested in your holiday experiences. The Dairy is kitted out to the highest spec very tastefully and everything you could need. We loved the cosy atmosphere when we lit the log burner and again everything we needed for that was provided. A great accommodation to come back to after the days out exploring this gorgeous part of the country.

• "The Dairy is a beautiful property."

  It is comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Located some distance from the nearest main road, the location is very quiet and peaceful with an enclosed outdoor area at the rear of the property for relaxing. Lesley and Lawson are on hand to provide any help and advice. They are lovely people with many entertaining stories to tell! Sadly the nearest pub was closed during our stay, so this meant a car trip if we wanted to eat out. All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay in a most lovely part of the country.

• "We had a delightful stay at The Dairy."

  Both inside and outside, the property exudes quality. A perfect size for a couple, the rooms are very tastefully furnished with an obvious attention to detail and thought for guests. The owners Lawson and Lesley could not be more helpful and welcoming. An ideal base to explore and enjoy the diverse locations this wonderful area has to offer. We plan to be back!
