  • "Beautiful cottage in the middle of the Northumberland countryside."

The owner was extremely welcoming, and we were impressed by the thoughtfulness that went in to even the smaller details. The cottage was extremely clean, and everything in its place, including a handy pizza cutter and a basket of loads and tinder ready for lighting the fire (very nice on a very rainy day). The beds were very comfortable, with all cotton bedding, and pillows of mixed thickness to suit all needs. Spectacular views, as well. We'll definitely look at returning!
