Manor House is an ultra-modern detached cottage with large patio areas and entrance, finished with wood cladding, resting in Eastfield, just 1 mile outside of Warkworth, along the Heritage Coast of Northumberland, The ancient village of Warkworth has it's only 12th century toll bridge and Warkworth castle, Castle street leading up to Warkworth castle has been voted one of the prettiest villages in England.

Find yourselves immersed in the luxurious open-plan living area with extensive floors and gorgeous views through five large window areas, across the open countryside .

The kitchen has a lovely sleek, modern feel with unique high gloss two-tone units making good use of space and ease of use for the food enthusiast.

This spacious holiday cottage is the perfect setting for fun families get-to-gether, hosting wedding guests or a friends united short break away.

Relax on the sumptuous sofas and in the opulent breakfast bar area; Manor House presents private countryside living fit for royalty.

Drift through to the splendid bedrooms and large bathroom, all beautifully presented and neutrally designed for comfortable use.

In the colder months you might want to cosy together in front of the wood burning stove and huge, flat screen Smart TV.

When seasons change, you can throw open both sets of the deluxe French doors, enjoy the sunshine and BBQ on the raised Indian flagstone patio or decking situated at the front of the cottage.

Also from the master bedroom and large bedroom at the front, you can enjoy the uninterupted views out across verdant fields, with Warkworth Castle and Coquet Island in the distance.

The lovely historic, predominantly stone built village of Warkworth (with the award winning view of Warkworth Castle towering over the main street) has all the local amenities you need.

The ancient market towns of Alnwick and Morpeth, centrally located, offer plentiful attractions and are also well worth a visit.

From the remains of historic castles and lovely parks to ancient architecture and churches, there is plenty to see.

Druridge Bay, set within Northumberland’s Heritage Coast has miles of white sandy beaches to walk and explore as well as the historic fishing village of Amble, Alnwick Castle and gardens and the National Trust's Wallington Hall.

Newcastle, a vibrant city and only 30 miles south.

Manor House is truly an ideal base from which to explore the stunning region of Northumberland.

Alnmouth mainline train station is only 4 miles away (all day parking for only £1.50).

A short train journey will get you to central Newcastle in 30 mins and Edinburgh in 60 mins.

WARKWORTH

Alnwick 5 miles; Alnmouth 3 miles; Amble 1 mile.

Lying in the loop of the River Coquet on the Heritage Coast, Warkworth is a picturesque village, dominated by the dramatic ruins of its 12th century castle. The history of the village and the castle are intertwined with the Percy Family who took over the castle in 1332. The Percys’ other home is nearby Alnwick Castle, most recently associated with Harry Potter as the film location of Hogwarts School. The main street is lined with Georgian and early Victorian houses and there is an exceptional range of galleries, antiques shops, a village shop/Post Office, pubs, restaurants and gift shops to suit all tastes. Warkworth has its own stretch of sandy beach and a 9 hole pay and play golf course. Also within easy touring distance are Hadrian’s Wall, Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island, the Farne Islands, several wonderful beaches and Alnwick Garden with its remarkable water cascade and Tree House Restaurant.

Note: Red Kite travel cot (76xcm H 103xcm L 73xcm D); kindly note, for safety reasons: the maximum weight is 15kg, maximum age is two years old, height 98cm and the infant/toddler is unable to climb out of the cot. There is also a high chair and fire guard - these are all located in the cloakroom in the entrance hallway.

Note: This property advertises 3 bathrooms, one of these bathrooms is a spacious WC washroom with a large vanity unit which is adjacent to one of the double bedrooms.

Note: this property has a maximum occupancy of 10. More than 10 is not acceptable due to the owners public liability and 2020 compliant water treatment plant.
