Dunstanburgh View is a homely reverse-level cottage set on the edge of Embleton, overlooking the scenic countryside and the ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle in Northumberland.

This rural retreat offers a lovely base for families and small groups of friends looking to explore the wonders of Embleton and its surrounding areas.

This pleasant grey-stone cottage is nestled within a backdrop of mature trees and invites you to relax in its airy, open-plan living area - a great social hub for all guests to enjoy, featuring a wood-panelled roof and tasteful décor.

Be captivated by the sitting area, where a sofa offers breathtaking views of the local landscape, courtesy of the French windows.

From here, step onto the fantastic balcony with its panoramic scenery, including stunning views of Dunstanburgh Castle - an ideal spot to unwind in the evening with a glass of your favourite beverage.

Behind the sitting area, the well-equipped kitchen provides ample amenities and plenty of space for guests to cook together, complete with a bar and dining table for shared meals and laughter.

The pretty village of Embleton is ideally placed for exploring one of the most attractive stretches of Northumberland's Heritage Coastline. A beautiful grassy path runs from the village to neighbouring Craster, alongside the sea and past Dunstanburgh Castle - the largest ruined castle in Northumberland. Embleton itself has a village pub and a local hotel, and there is an excellent range of amenities in nearby Alnwick. The gardens at nearby Howick Hall are open during the summer and are noted for their beauty, whilst Alnwick Castle and Garden are a 'must-see' when visiting the area. For the keen golfer, Dunstanburgh Links Course is about 1 mile away - just one of several excellent courses in the vicinity.
