  • "We had a lovely week in Quay cottage."

The cottage is in the perfect location, right in the harbour, with beautiful views out to sea. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The welcome pack left by our host was great, especially the cream cake! ( we would have left a thank you in the visitors book but unfortunately couldn't find a pen) The king size bed was comfortable but very difficult to access given its proximity to both walls, however there were 2 single beds in the other room that we could have used. The stairs are fairly steep and narrow, and given that I've just had a hip replacement the stair lift was an added bonus! The highlight of our trip was watching the lifeboat being launched and recovered twice during our week's stay. Beautiful area with lots of places nearby to visit.

  • "Great cottage, really well presented and clean with everything you could want."

Location was ideal, really central. Welcome pack was a lovely addition too. We thoroughly recommended it and will return.

  • "As an elderly couple we found it difficult getting into the bed with the narrow space between bed and wall, although we blame the original builders for that."

Stephen was very helpful with our request for the remote controls for the stair lift for which we were grateful
