  • "This was dreadfull."

Cold, dirty, leaking plumbing. I felt sorry for host and stayed but when I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned she said she needed to get her magnifying glasses to see anything BUT the whole place is dirty. I should have left.

I greeted you on arrival and specifically asked you to view the property on arrival. If there was anything you didnt agree with please report it to me immediately as i am on site and any problems can be resolved. you did not report therefore i.presume everything was satisfactory which i would expect. • "A charming, quiet place with a helpful, but not obtrusive, owner on site."

Easy to get to Liverpool or Manchester by train. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby, including Shakespeare North at Prescot, Haydock Park, Dunham Massey, Risley Moss and Bridgewater. Good value and variety in one place!

Hi Penny many thanks for your review. Fixed the door handle. Hopefully see you both again. Kind rdgardz June Margaret Property Owner

  • "The tools shed was exactly as described in the write up."

It is an unusual property, being part of a farm/stable complex and as such there is plenty to see in terms of lovely horses, ponies and friendly resident dogs and cats. The property is in a very quiet country location, but with excellent road access via the major motorways nearby. There are some wonderful towns and great houses to visit nearby. People living and working at the farm are extremely friendly and helpful.

Many thanks John for your kind comments. It was a pleasure to be of service. Hope to see you again the future. Kind regards June Property Owner
