"A convenient base to explore the local area."
The lodge was spacious and homely, and our children loved it - the highlight definitely being the hot tub. The lodge was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if we were visiting the area.

It was warm and comfortable. The cleanliness was adequate but towels, bed linen were not of the quality that we have come to expect with Sykes. Also crockery and cutlery was inadequate and not of a good standard.

The hot tub was a welcome addition. Nantwich is a lovely town, flat and pedistrianised so great to walk around. A few places to go locally ie canals, ice cream farm, farm shop/coffee shop and further a field, North Wales and Chester and of course the RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park. We did have a problem on our second last day with electrics, phoned Anthony to report the issue and by the time we returned that day, a new oven had been installed, can't ask for better service.

Lovely stay. Went for a mums weekend away so hot tub was essential! A couple of issues with parking and only having 1 key to access, the former being resolved. There was a small issue with the cleanliness inside one of the cupboards with a cheese grater not being clean (we had dairy and gluten allergies). Not having a few dishwasher tablets and enough plates to use it was inconvenient. Hot tub divine. Nantwich beautiful with lovely walks, cafes and bookstores.

The facilities were great and everything was provided including pans, crockery, lots of utensils, and plenty of towels. The site is secure and staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

The lodge itself is lovely, clean and well maintained. It was our first trip away since the pandemic so was a real treat. The hot tub was just amazing, we're trying to refrain from buying one ourselves! The lodge had everything we needed and was just the perfect home away from home. The owner, Anthony was so friendly and helpful, answering any questions before we got there and after we arrived. We also met Jill who was lovely and made herself available to help and answer any questions too. The area is so beautiful, with a little lake just a couple of mins drive away and the Nantwich Town Centre close too. Highly recommend a visit! We've told a lot of our friends about this lodge, even sharing the link - we'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

The lodge was larger than expected and good quality furnishings throughout. Great peaceful location. Any issues were sorted out quickly. For example our hot tub stopped working and the owner fixed it very quickly. My only slight gripe is that it would have been good to have more plates, glasses and mugs (only four of each) but other than that it was excellent.

The owners were very helpful and meet us on arrival to inform us of all the information we needed while staying . The one and only negative issue was in relation to the hot tub, which did not meet our expectations, being hot tub owners ourselves it was obvious that it was quite an old tub and although the water was cleaned with chemicals daily, it appeared that it had been sometime since it was fully drained and cleaned. But other than the above we enjoyed our time in Woodmans Lodge and hope to visit The willows campsite again in our caravan. Thank you Mr and Mrs Horton.

Beautifully decorated, extremely spacious and set in very peaceful and tranquil grounds. We had a lovely welcome and Anthony was as helpful and pleasant as always. I couldn’t find a fault or any negatives to say about our stay. The hot tub is a fabulous addition and it is checked every day. So peaceful to be sat outside in the evening watching the sunset. We will definitely be staying again.

Its decorated to a high standard and is in a peaceful and pleasant setting on the edge of a quiet caravan site. Nantwich is an easy walk away and there are also a river and canal to walk along. The hot tub was the highlight for us, always clean and a nice place to relax. Our little boy loved the space to run around and the horses nearby. The kitchen could have some more equipment but I got the impression that Anthony would have got us anything we needed if we asked. He was on hand if needed and nothing was too much bother. There's no washing machine in the lodge but one you can use on the caravan site if needed. All in all a great place to stay and we'd definitely stay again.

The lodge is in a lovely peaceful area. It was very comfortable and extremely well presented throughout. The hot tub was a great addition and the landscaping around the two lodges had clearly been thought out to allow for privacy. Anthony made it very clear that he was only a phonecall away had we have needed anything. We'd love to return someday.

The Willows Lodges
These two almost identical wooden-clad lodges are peacefully placed together on The Willows Touring Park on the outskirts of the charm-filled market town of Nantwich in Cheshire. Woodman's and Gardener's Lodge both welcome you in through their exquisite open-plan living rooms, appointed beautifully with everything that you need from all of the necessary kitchen appliances to a large Smart TV which you can watch your favourite Netflix shows on from the comfort of the comfortable sofas. The delightful market town of Nantwich is located 5 miles to the south east of Crewe and stands on the banks of the River Weaver and the Shropshire Union Canal. It is famous for its outdoor Brine Pool which is one of the few remaining in the UK and heated throughout the summer. There are regular market days throughout the week and a monthly farmers' market showcasing the best of produce from the local area. Nantwich town centre is pedestrianised and benefits from some superb examples of historic buildings, and is well worth visiting in spring and summer when it comes alive with floral displays throughout the streets. Nantwich plays host to many events throughout the year, including The Battle of Nantwich in January, the Jazz, Blues and Music Festival at Easter and the world-famous International Cheese Awards in July. Both Market Drayton and Whitchurch are within 12 miles and well worth a day trip to enjoy their history and architecture.
