"Ideal property for our family get together, lots of space and so good to have 3 ovens and 2 fridge/freezers."
Lovely big table for our family meals. A warm welcome and a very helpful caretaker on hand to answer our questions. We would be happy to return.

"Great place and location."
We were welcomed with freshly cooked samosas that were delicious. We were given all relevant information and every time I asked questions or had queries nothing was a bother. The spa was lovely. The view is just fields. In summer it would be great to be outside and have a bbq but for Autumn it was lovely to be in the dining area for our hen do. Perfect size for 12 of us (we had a few cancellations) . Not far from Derby town centre by taxi. There is a fun western town there as well.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Hopefully we will see you in the future Property Owner

"Fantastic stay, the owner is a great guy and makes you feel welcome."
The cost out weighs the tiredness of the lodge, saying that it didn't spoil our stay. On sight is the most amazing Western Town which is mind blowing to say the least and Tom and Tony welcome you to walk round and share their passion for this unique step back in time. Location is very good and the facilities are very good. Great stay and we would definitely return.
Thank you for your review we appreciate your feedback. Property Owner
