• "Perfect location, surrounded by countryside."

  Only 5 minute trip into Ashbourne town. The pod was amazing, the photos really don’t do it justice. We had booked for two nights, I wish we had booked for longer. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be booking again in the future. Jane was so welcoming and friendly. She showed us around everything and showed us how things worked which was helpful.

• "We booked the yes deer lodge for our mini moon as we got married the day before."

  Just the pictures alone wow’d us so seeing the pod in real life well and truely knocked us off our feet. Jane the owner met us to talk us through everything which was so helpful and she even added touches such as petals and wooden hearts around the room. There is a folder with everthing in from resteraunts to walk and all the appliances and how they work. The pod itself was so clean and all the little details honestly were breathtaking we could not believe our luck! The wood fired hot tub was absolutely amazing we haven’t seen one before and we loved setting it up every night and looking at the stars! Just a short 4 minute walk away was the village pub and not even a 15 minute drive was Ashbourne centre. We can’t wait to re book next year for our 1 year anniversary.

• "Our stay at Yes Deer Pod was absolutely incredible thanks to our amazing host, Jane."

  From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pod itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. Her hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. She also provided us with great recommendations for local attractions. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests really set the Pods apart from any other accommodation we have stayed in. We cannot recommend Yes Deer Pod and Jane enough. If you're looking for a peaceful and charming getaway with exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be. Me and my Fiancé have came home feeling lighter and stress free. • "We stayed at Yes Deer and was absolutely taken back at how stunning the pod and location was!"

  Jane arrived shortly after we arrived and was so welcoming she really made us feel really comfortable. The inside of the pod was absolutely immaculate and the hot tub is super easy to use! Everything in the pod is extremely comfortable. Yes deer was just what we needed, so peaceful and relaxing we cannot wait to visit again. Massive thank you to Jane for keeping them so tidy and making us feel welcome.

• "Beautiful pod."

  High quality furnishings & equipment. Attention to detail was amazing with personalised items to the pod. Very comfortable bed. The hot tub was lovely and heated very quickly. The outdoor surroundings were lovely with the owners personal herd of deer to see and with only the sound of birdsong to be heard. Completely relaxed from the moment we got there. Jane was quick to reply and very glad to help. Definitely recommend.

• "This place is perfect for a UK get away!"

  ! Jane greeted us on arrival and gave us a walkthrough on how everything works which was incredibly helpful! The location was very ideal for what we wanted, a rural escape that wasn’t too far away from attractions. We loved our stay at the pod and will definitely be back!! A massive thank you is owed to Jane for the kind service she provided throughout our stay!! We will be back!!

• "Yes Deer is absolutely perfection!"

  The pods are furnished to the highest standard and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every detail has been considered and provided with thoughtful extras of Prosecco and chocolates awaiting guests on arrival. Faultless attention to detail has been given with regards to cleanliness. Our host, Jane, was so friendly, attentive and considerate and only too happy to share her local knowledge and recommendations of places to visit. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day spent exploring and afforded complete privacy. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly be returning. We can’t thank the hosts enough for their hospitality, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Can’t wait to return.

• "Such an amazing stay."

  Jane made sure we had everything we needed and all the information to make the most of our stay. The pod was amazing. Never stayed so where so clean and thought out. All the finishing touches made it extra special. Incredible hot tub and extra comfy bed( never slept so well away from home) Will definitely be back.

• "An absolutely perfect holiday property!"

  The property is beautifully presented and has everything you could need for a relaxing break. The pod itself was cozy and quiet, and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was easy to use and the guest booklet had extra information about local amenities, sites and local country walks. The location was stunning, with regular sitings of the deer and very peaceful surroundings. The owner, Jane, had thought of everything and made settling in a breeze. The little details really show the consideration and care Jane has for guests, and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

• "Beautifully clean and cosy pod, nestled away from main roads in a quiet rural setting."

  Jane (the owner) was friendly and could not have been more helpful. Very nice pub (The Crown Inn) just a couple of minutes walk up the road and plenty of farm shops and other amenities 15 mins drive away. We will definitely be going back.

• "Beautifully decorated and designed very well."

  kitchen more than enough and plenty of space for 2 of us. Was a perfect little getaway. Loved the fact they came to personally greet us and welcome us and went through the facilities. We loved every minute, thank you :)

• "Really enjoyed the stay."

  Jane is an excellent host, Chocolate and Bubbly was a nice touch. Great Hot tub, warms up very fast and keeps on getting warmer. Am sure we will be staying again soon to explore the area further. had everything you could want for a break. If you do go here, you won't be disappointed.

• "My partner and I learned we were the first guests at the new Yes Deer pod and it was an absolute pleasure!"

  The placement of the pods next to the deer was fantastic in addition to the wonderful farm and wildlife in the village. The pod itself was very modern and cosy and a very luxurious snug hot tub perfect for a romantic couple. The welcome guide that the hosts had prepared was very very useful including some amazing photography from our host Jane herself! Another aspect we absolutely cannot fault was the kindness and hospitality from Jane herself, very helpful and welcoming which was a lovely extra touch plus the bubbly and the chocolate!
