  • "Lovely property in a great location."

We have stayed here previously and both times we have found the property very clean and well presented. The welcome pack of a bottle of red and chocolate cake was most welcome after a long drive. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful property.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. So glad you had a nice time. Hope you will stay again in the future Amy Property Owner

We stayed there with our pets (2 cats and a dog) and it was perfect! Everything was well thought off. Amy even bought treats for the pets. We felt at home from the first minute we walked in. We had an amazing stay!

  • "Lovely cottage, very clean and has everything you could need."

It has high end equipment which made cooking etc much easier. Shame there were no dishwasher tablets left for us to use.

Hi Caroline. I wish you had mentioned the dishwasher tablets during our phone conversations as this is something I could quite easily have rectified for you. I’m glad you enjoyed the cottage otherwise Property Owner

  • "We loved the cottage."

It was small and very comfortable. Everything we needed. We liked that we could walk to the village to the pubs and bakery. Our only slight problem was the dogs wouldn’t go into the courtyard we had to walk them to the park. Which was fine just wished we had better weather. Loads to see and do in the area, with stunning scenery and gorgeous villages.

  • "We felt at home as soon as we walked in to Angel's cottage."

Very warm and welcoming after a rainy drive up. The rain didn't stay though and the sun shone on the (heatlamped if you needed it) courtyard garden in the morning and on the front terrace for all the afternoon and in to the evening. A bright, airy cosy and tastefully decorated cottage that felt like home and we wouldn't hesitate recommending a stay here. It was really lovely - thank you x

  • "A really lovely and comfortable cottage, superbly placed for local amenities and nearby beautiful walks in the Dales."

We even had good enough weather to make use of the pleasant seating area to the front. Beds were all super comfy and we loved the under floor heating. A dust pan and brush would have been helpful and we could have made use of larger pint style glasses. Highly recommend Pie night at the Star Inn!!!! We would definitely recommend this property.
