  • "Property is in great location, but the outside areas are overgrown and the property suffering a lack of care and maintenance ."

On our stay over Christmas we found a pill of bagged dog dirt outside the front door that had not been cleared, the bulbs went in the bathroom, non were provided we messaged the maintenance number with no response. The handle fell off the oven which we had to refit, we discovered the extractor fan in the kitchen was not properly fitted so doesn’t work. Aside from this there were a few minor irritations such as poor showers, no shower gel provided, kitchen not equipped as stated (e.g. no cafetière) and no bin bags in the bin or provided.
