"Thank you for the stay."
I had a great time exploring the local area. The place was comfy and warm so made a great base to relax in mornings and evenings before heading up over the hills. It had all the facilities you could need. The place is in a nice quiet location away from the noise of the main road and the main village. Plenty of on street parking available too.

"A perfect little base for my hiking holiday in the Peak District."
Not a lot of storage space to unpack into, but very nicely kitted out with excellent quality appliances, dishes, furniture, etc., and a lot of local information supplied. Very convenient location, off the main road but near to shops, pubs and also trails. The owner was so kind and welcoming.

"Great place to stay to use as a base to explore the beautiful Castleton, and the surrounding area."
We only had one issue. We couldn't work the TV (Young people wont have a problem). But a quick phone call to the courteous owner soon fixed it. Lynn was there before I could end the call. A lovely lady with lots of useful local information. Would Highly recommend.

"Would highly recommend Foxgloves."
A great little annexe attached to the owner's home. The property is spotlessly clean and well thought out with everything you'll need for your stay. The owner has thought of everything and it has been very nicely done, very comfy bed, with even a washer and dryer provided (should you need it) and a little private area to sit outside (weather permitting) It is very central and a great bolt hole for exploring the Peak District with many places and attractions only a short drive away and plenty of walks nearby if that's what you're looking for. Whilst the excellent facilities provided mean you can cook if you prefer, it is only a couple of minutes walk from Castleton village where there's no shortage of places to eat and drink. I ate at The George one evening and would recommend, friendly staff and good food. If you're planning a trip to this area, I would definitely recommend Foxgloves for your stay.
