"This is a lovely cottage and we enjoyed our stay here, so thank you."
It is in a nice location with plenty of places to visit nearby. The cottage was clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. The only criticisms we had is that the fridge was not really big enough for a family of 6; and the bathroom situation ie downstairs and through the lounge was not ideal for us especially with regard to night-time trips to the loo. In the dark. A lock on the bathroom door would be a welcome addition and we couldn’t see why there isn’t one. Also, there is no proper shower so not being able to have a decent stand up shower was quite inconvenient especially with no lock on the door! Having said all that however we would be happy to stay here again in the future as the other aspects of the place did outweigh the inconvenience of the bathroom and we would all be prepared for it.

"We have just completed a two week family holiday in Tolldish Cottage, including three kids under 9."
The cottage was very clean and comfortable and as descibed in the listing. The owner responded very quickly to any queries or issues we had and always in a very friendly and professional manner. The quiet location suited us (pleasant walks etc) and the easy access to Lichfield and Stafford and all the other tourist attractions was ideal.

"We had a fantastic 3 night stay here."
The cottage was very clean and cosy. It was very peaceful and the beds were so comfortable. It had everything you needed, the hamper waiting for us a nice surprise. My only suggestion would be some blackout blinds in bedroom to make it darker in the mornings, more so if you have smaller children but we brought our travel blackout blind.
