We loved seeing the horses grazing in the back. The beds were very confortable. It would have been useful to have the instructions for the oven and microwave.

  • "Lovely cottage in a superb setting."

My husband is a wheelchair user and although getting around the cottage was a little tight, Ann (the owner) went out of her way to help. She was a truly lovely host and we will hopefully return for another holiday.

It was lovely to have you both here, and Rebel too of course. I enjoyed our chats and watching the labs play. Love to see you again someday . Property Owner

  • "A lovely place to stay."

There are stunning views all around the area. Very isolated but there are walks from the cottage. We enjoyed our visit to Hartington about a 10/15 min drive. I did the walk to Thor’s cave from the cottage before breakfast and only saw 2 people the whole walk! The weather wasn’t kind to us but it would have been stunning in good weather and would have been a different break I’m sure! The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We thought it very good value

Thank you so much Michelle, You were lovely guests! Property Owner
