"Not happy at all."
After a 14 hours drive from The Netherlands we found a very dirty property with dirty carpets, food left in oven & dishwasher, no cleaning done prior to arriving and all beds were dirty with blood stains on the sheets, terrible. We could not stay due to how dirty it was and left the property within two hours of arriving to a hotel. My legal representative has recommended we seek compensation for the hotel costs. I am still waiting for a full refund. Can you please inform me when I will receive the refund to my account.

"We had a fantastic family gathering at Chetwynd Lodge."
It was way more spacious that any of us expected and the grant setting was such a surprise. Excellent!
-
"Such a beautiful property in an even more beautiful local area."
Some of the facilities might need updating (some loose taps, wardrobe doors that won't close, showers changing temperature unpredictably) but other than that we had everything we needed and more, and we had a lovely, relaxing time.

"A really lovely property with the original stable features maintained."
Very comfortable beds and great facilities. Perfectly on-site for our riding club sessions.
Thank you so much! It was lovely to have you with us. I hope that you all come again! Cheers Anna & Aaron Property Owner
