Settled on a delightful small holding in the hamlet of Bellamour, just outside Rugeley in Staffordshire, is Bellamour End Cottage - a traditional semi-detached dwelling offering homely accommodation.

It enjoys a great location close to a variety of main transport links that make it easy to access a number of attractions and areas.

A quaint cream-painted exterior with jade-green painted windows beckons, this property is perfect for a family holiday in the countryside, whilst still easily connected to the amenities of Rugeley.

Step in through the farmhouse door after parking up, and discover the large country kitchen, a round table creates a social aspect to the room, which is home to a wealth of appliances, including an electric oven and hob, a utility corner housing the dishwasher and laundry appliances, and a large fridge/freezer within the handy under-stairs cupboard, the cupboards are well stocked for enthusiastic chefs.

Drink a glass of wine in here amidst the cream units and wooden worktops whilst dinner simmers, before tucking into a meal in the dining room, elegant prints line the walls and oak floors lie beneath, with an extendable oak table seating all six guests comfortably.

Retire to the sitting room for some rest and relaxation in the good company of your loved ones, settle onto the soft sofa and enjoy the Smart TV, perfect for watching your favourite programmes and films together.

A red-brick fireplace holding a wood burning stove adds warmth and a traditional aura to the room, sit on the patio and indulge in some star gazing and discuss your favourite parts of the trip so far.

The owner has two vintage tractors - tractor rides around the paddock are available or tractor driving tuition can be given.

Cannock Chase AONB is on your doorstep, discover adventure at Go Ape Cannock - explore the forest canopy with the treetop rope course and an exhilarating zip-line.

The area also offers miles of walking and cycling and mountain biking routes, with purpose built trails and a downhill course, there are numerous course and carp fishing lakes locally, and day tickets for trout fishing are available at the beautiful Blithfield reservoir which is minutes away.

If the adrenaline rush is what you seek, head to one of the UK's best theme parks, Alton Towers which is just over twenty miles away, you can expect to find beautiful gardens amidst rollercoasters and vertical drops as well as attractions for younger children too.

The Trentham Estate just beneath Stoke-on-Trent is a world of fun and relaxation, highlights include the Monkey Forest which is home to 140 monkeys living freely amidst the trees; an adventure course; golf course; shopping village as well as the beautiful lake and Italian gardens, you can find a wonderful day out within this 725-acre estate.

Plan a trip around a Uttoxeter race day, visit the pottery factories in Stoke-on-Trent, or travel to the Peak District or Shropshire for some lovely walking opportunities, all of these are within easy reach of this cottage in the heart of the country.
