Marsden is a former mill village dominated by charming stone buildings, fantastic scenery and a beautiful canal home to the only professional theatre company to tour by Narrowboat. Marsden offers awards winning restaurants, ancient pubs and a National Trust owned Marsden Moor, a village that has appeared in the TV shows 'Last of the Summer Wine' and 'The League of Gentleman'.
