"Good comfy apartment in a great location, handy for all the local amenities."
Less than a 10 minute walk to shops and bars. Apartment had everything we needed (except perhaps a tray to carry cups of tea from the kitchen through to the living room!).

"I’ve rented to flat for 3 years now, in the past for 3 weeks in September but was disappointed this year that the second week was already rented out."
Maybe unreasonable expectation, but would of been good if someone could of reached out to see if I would be back before renting it to someone else

"Exactly as described."
Had a wonderful experience.
-
"Nice flat. Plenty of room."
Very convenient to the downtown area. Would definitely book again in the future. Thank you

"We had a lovely stay in St Andrews with our 2 children."
The flat was spacious with an excellent kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. The array of books and games were so wonderful to have, especially with the rain and cold! The heating was great and we found it to be very quiet. It was a short walk from the town centre and to a few different supermarkets. The only thing we found was that it was very bright in the bedrooms despite the blind and curtains. Perhaps just part of travelling in the summer when the sun rises so early and sets so late! We would not hesitate to return, thank you.

"We are in our mid-70's and could have benefitted from a tub/shower that had a grab bar."
-
"Lovely flat, well equiped, great location in St Andrews."
-
"There was a mix-up with the cleaner because we arrived on an unusual day, but I contacted the owner, and she made it right within hours."
The cleaner was also very apologetic and even brought us shortbread as a thank you for our understanding. As I told the owner, we should always expect mistakes could happen, but it is the way in which they are managed after discovered that matters most. Both the owner and the cleaner were incredible!

"Only real issue is that the beds are really uncomfortable."
We pride ourselves on having bought expensive, good quality mattresses for the beds in the Kate Kennedy Apartment. We went to a great deal of trouble choosing ones that were more or less average in terms of firm or soft. But we can only supply one mattress per bed. With up to 50 bookings per year, I can't promise each and every guest that these will feel just like sleeping at home. Property Owner

"The apartment was perfect."
It was very warm and cosy (we were there in a very cold December). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything one could possibly need. The location was handy for the town and all amenities. Overall, an excellent stay.

"My friends and I had a lovely holiday in St."
Andrews. As we are all fairly elderly ladies and don,t drive it was very handy for bus stop so we were able to have a couple of tours. In the evening we were quite happy to stay home and watch the world go by from the sitting room.

"An excellent location near enough to walk to the main tourist sites, although also on a bus route to the centre."
The bedrooms are at the back of the property so traffic noise from the main road is not a problem. The car park had a numbered bay for each flat which means that parking isn't a problem. Good kitchen facilities, although the dining table would be a squeeze for 4 people. The accommodation details are out of date, for example there are no bunk beds (thankfully). The TV is too small which meant we had to move the chairs nearer to the set to enjoy a film in the evenings. The owner lives abroad which means communications are not quick and the emergency local contact phone number did not work.

Andrews. Everything provided in the flat for a carefree stay.

We took our 9 month old and 5 year old and was perfect for them, amazing highchair. Cooked lots of yummy home cooked meals and the kitchen made this so easy. Can't fault our stay at all. About the location
ST ANDREWS
Dundee 13 miles; Perth 35 miles; Edinburgh 50 miles.
St Andrews is Scotland's oldest university town and is situated in the north-east corner of the Kingdom of Fife. In this region, the landscape varies from the gentle hills in the rural hinterland to the windswept cliffs, rocky bays and sandy beaches where scenes from the film 'Chariots of Fire' were famously shot. The town is easily explored on foot, as the main streets form the hub of the town and offer an interesting mix of 13th century through to modern-day buildings, found alongside a variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The association of St Andrews with golf dates to the 15th century, with the famous 'Old Course' being constructed in the 16th century, whilst today, St Andrews is the frequent venue of championship events and boasts an additional five alternative public courses in the area as well as the excellent Golf Museum. To the south of St Andrews is the East Neuk, a region of quaint fishing villages, while Fife, Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh can all be easily reached.
