  • "Holiday home was comfortable and clean."

Beautiful setting and will be returning. Loved every minute of our stay there.

  • "Property was spotless."

The only issue was the cooker. It was difficult to light the oven as it had to be lit with a lighter as would not light automatically because button didn't work. Possible health and safety issue. Could do with some hooks in shower room to put wet towels on. Had a lovely stay.

  • "To our disappointment the gas cooker wasn’t working properly, the ignition button wasn’t working and ended up burning my hand using the cigarette lighter that was in the cupboard needless to say we didn’t attempt to light the oven."

Also there was a sign stating if dog mess was found left around your caravan area you would be charged £50 for the cleaning company to remove it, unfortunately there were a number of dogs wandering around the campsite so obviously this is unacceptable.

  • "It's been advertised that it's 6 people lodge which it was not ."

It was only 4 people accommodation which ruined our holidays. It was advertised that there was dish washer where there was no dish washer .over all no satisfactory accommodation at all. The holiday park is not clean at all

It had everything we needed and more. Lovely and warm, stunning scenery and walks. The holiday home was beautifully done, Ryan was welcoming friendly and explained everything to me. Thank you for the most perfectly peaceful week.

  • "Fantastic! We came here for a 3 night stay and was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the cabin."

On arrival it was easy to access, warm for us arriving, very clean and tidy. Everything about this cabin was great and the host Ryan could not have been more helpful, he kept in contact to assure everything was up to standard and made clear that he was available if there was any issues. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we most certainly will be back.

Thank you. Very happy your stay was good. We would love to hear from you again. Property Owner

  • "We had a great few days here."

The accommodation is homely, cosy and has been finished beautifully. It was well maintained, clean and everything we needed was to hand. It’s in a beautiful part of the Scottish countryside and the village pub/restaurant on-site does a great meal. A plus for us was the communication with the owner. Happy to help with anything we needed whilst staying. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely review. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay and hopefully hear from you again. Thanks Property Owner

  • "Wow! What a find this place is."

Just what I was Looking for. Clean, tidy, comfortable with everything that we needed to enjoy a comfortable break away. Ate in quite a bit, cooking meals was not an issue, everything there that I needed to prepare and cook our meals. Perfectly located to the North of the Loch, amazing views and scenery the stormy weather added to the already dramatic scenery of Loch Lomond. The on site bar and restaurant (located in the hotel) is clean and comfy with very friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of water sports activities available close by as is the train station for trips out if not driving . I couldn’t recommended the Loch Lomond Holiday Home highly enough. All this and dog friendly too! Try it you won’t be sorry

Thank you, I’m so glad we have had a good review, all the hard work making things right have paid off. Hopefully see you again soon Many thanks Property Owner

  • "Sadly a bad start that got worse."

Lack of towels on arrival but quickly rectified in fairness. But it was similar to July review (not seen by me previously) and I agree it is very much in need of a deep clean. Little cleaning products supplied. Poor quality pans I wouldn’t bother using. Stained bedding which was very off putting. Shower not useable for 3 days because thermostatic control was broken, eventually fixed by cleaner who turned boiler down. Water cloudy and we needed to use bottled. Power went out in the middle of the night (it’s on a meter unbeknown to us as no warning info supplied) we left 2 days earlier than planned. I wouldn’t normally give a bad review but reported to owner the issues. He assured us it would get sorted and offered discount if we booked again. But it wasn’t sorted after last review… so not good enough!

I’m sorry about your issues, I have now got a contract with a proper cleaning company, spent a lot of money refurbishing the home, and changing the crockery. I would reassure you that a return visit would be a lot more enjoyable and faultless. Sorry it wasn’t perfect. Ryan Property Owner

  • "Very dirty."

Cobwebs, bad smell, dirty kitchen and utensils, carpets are ingrained with dirt because the vacuum is choked with dirt and dog hair. This property hasn't been cleaned effectively for a very long time. The bed settee is not comfortable to sit on. The electric fire doesn't work.

Sorry to hear about your stay, all these problems have been rectified, we are glad these issues have been brought to light so we can get on top of them and make things right straight away. Property Owner
