"We would like to thank the owners for a lovely stay."
But we do feel there are a few points that need to be given on first inspection the house looked lovely and clean. Although it is lovely and clean there are a few areas that were missed on having a tidy up we noticed it wasn't as clean/ tidy as first looked, on pulling out the sofa there were decorations from a previous guest, there were wotsits stuffed down the side of the sofa, the carpets upstairs were covered in fluff, the main bedroom upstairs the large one attached to the jack and Jill bathroom, the bedding was covered in black fibers. There were packets of crisps in the back of cupboards. The toilet seats in both bathrooms didn't fit the toilets and were loose. The doors in the jack and Jill bathroom kept popping open. When you shut one or other of the doors. The most dangerous thing was one of the chairs in the kitchen, one of the chairs legs had no screws holding the chair leg in, luckily it was only a child who was sitting on it. These are all small issues which have not spoilt our week. The positives. It's a beautiful large space for the families to relax, the sofas are so comfortable amazing to relax in after a long day of sight seeing, The Barn has everything to you could positively want, and it was lovely that there was enough of everything . The hot tub is immaculately clean and well maintained, a welcome treat at the end of an afternoon out One thing you may want to add is a list of local takeaways that deliver to the Barn. The views are stunning. We had just about every type of weather Scotland could offer. The busicuits and fruit on arrival were a lovely welcome treat. Would we use the Barn again yes without a doubt. Please dont read my comments as negatives as they are all minor issues, this is a stunning place and ab ideal location to explore Glasgow and Edinburgh. Thanks again.

"Thank you so much for having us, your property is absolutely stunning and we had a lovely weekend stay!"

"Great stay until checking out."
Met with a very unprofessional abrupt rude and impatient cleaner who would not let me back into the property to collect my phone. Which is tracked to be inside the property and was turned off after we left
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at The Barn. I am sorry to hear about your later experience while leaving. Unfortunately, your check out was later than anticipated and left little time for our cleaner to prepare the house for the following guests arriving later that day. We tried to give you as much time as possible to find your phone, and we also checked the property thoroughly, including the bins, in hopes of finding your phone. If we ever do find anything we will be happy to send it to you, but truly it seems to not be in the property. Property Owner
