"The studio is absolutely lovely."
Spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a great stay. Small garden for my dog early mornings and late evenings. It is very isolated so wouldn't want to have to actually take the dog out when dark. Having said that the surrounding area is beautiful and right on the edge of Exmoor. Just a shame about the weather!

"More suitable for younger, slimmer holidaymakers who prefer to eat out."
We'd have loved it in our younger years. Sadly, we're now in our 70s and built more for comfort! The bed was very comfy, if rather creaky, which kept us awake, but the seating left a lot to be desired due to our proportions in comparison! . A fold up wall table and chairs might improve the dining situation. Space is at such a premium here that everything requires more thought than usual. A few tweaks would make a huge difference for visitor's comfort. Shelving in the kitchen area under the stairs would allow for more prep space. Mirror in shower room repositioned on opposite wall . Pictures hung mid way on walls not next to ceiling . More cushions on the sofa so they could be arranged to support your back would be lovely too. Unfortunately we could not work out how the wall radiator worked so we were cold. We should have asked for help perhaps. Would recommend if you're young and fit not old and fat! Welcome gifts were much appreciated, especially the eggs which we brought home with us. Beautiful surroundings and nice enclosed garden for those who take their four legged friends with them. Great shower...plenty of hot water. Studio spotlessly clean .

"Had a lovely stay at the Studio, the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog."
Maybe a kitchen wall cupboard in the kitchen area would be useful for putting cereals and tins in as there wasn't quite enough cupboard space with the dog food and other bits, also a small coffee table as there's no where to put drinks when watching TV, but the Studio was so comfortable and peaceful and no light pollution, would definitely stay again. Lyndsey is a lovely host and the welcome treats of muffins, eggs, milk, wine & beer plus dog treats was very much appreciated.

"We had a lovely 3-night stay here."
So private and quiet. Love the fenced-off garden for dogs. Nice equipped kitchen considering the space. You'll need to bring your own food or get it delivered as no proper shops for miles. We bought ours in a cool box due to the length of our stay. We love Dunster beach and Blue Anchor beach (both allow dogs) - Both are about half an hour's drive away - well worth it! Lovely welcome gifts on arrival - I'll visit again just to eat the homemade cakes!! The owner gives you privacy once she's welcomed you. We're enjoying the eggs that we bought home too, still warm

"I had an amazing short stay at the Studio."
The accommodation was within easy reach of Exmoor, Minehead and surrounding areas. Everything was provided for and more.. Thank you Lynsey for the wine, cake and eggs. Even a jug of milk was provided, for that essential brew at the end of my long journey. You're kind gestures were much appreciated. Cannot wait to visit again very soon.

"We were given a lovely welcome by Lyndsey when we arrived and everything you could possibly want in a holiday accommodation was provided."
, We appreciated the milk and eggs and cakes left for us as well. It was all very comfortable. A safe enclosed area for our dog to potter in in front of the property and a great place to explore the countryside and villages around the property.Just heaven.

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Studio."
It was exactly as we had expected and it was designed to make the best use of the available space, with everything we needed for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and found The Studio to be really well positioned for our adventure. Lyndsey was charming and caring and we felt quite at home.

"We enjoyed our stay for The few days we had."
With a good location for our requirements. We did find that having a bedside table each with an individual lamp would have been very welcome as The main lights too bright and The overhead bed light not enough to read by! Perhaps in the bed was moved to where they sofa was and then sofa where they bed was this adjustment may allow for bedside table and lamps. We also found them pillows uncomfortable and feather and down would be a nice luxurious touch fit future guests. The bathroom mirror too could be turned lengthwise or just an oblong mirror a good option. Two footstools instead of one, would be another good idea as difficult to both put our feet onto The one small stool. All of the above comments are constructive criticism to help you as we still enjoyed our stay thank you.
Thank you for your feedback,we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

"Great stay, good location."
Small area but used very well. Very clean.

"The owner made us feel so welcome and has good knowledge of the area."
The studio was lovely, comfortable, clean and compact. It has been well thought out and although due to space not have a full cooker it is very well equipped to still allow you to easily cater when staying. It is set in a lovely quiet area while giving easy access to Somerset and Devon. It had the real benefit of an enclosed safe field in which to give our dog space, a real bonus. The welcome pack was lovely, with eggs from their own hens. Thank you
