"The cottage and furnishings were of a very high standard and had everything we needed."
The owners were most helpful and we would have no hesitation of going back there in the future.

"We spent a fabulous week here in early October."
It’s a spotlessly clean, comfortable little bungalow. Set in wonderful countryside it was very peaceful and quiet, just what we wanted. It was lovely to see Herbie the horse being looked after in the stables close by and frolicking in the paddock. The visits from little Puzzle the dog each day were a joy. Many thanks to owners Karen and Campbell for their hospitality. They are lovely people and very informative.

"My Wife, Son and I really enjoyed our stay at Willow Barn."
A perfect base for us to enjoy all that the West Country has to offer. The property was spacious and equipped with everything needed to enjoy both short breaks and anything longer. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning ourselves or recommending Willow Barn to others.

"One of the best properties we have visited."
Wonderful hosts in a beautiful setting.

"Stayed for 3 weeks whilst between house moves, absolutely lovely."
Great quiet location, stunning views, and a joy to watch Herbie in the paddock opposite enjoying his retirement from international eventing. Cottage was all we could have asked for, well equipped, very comfortable and cosy. Short drive to Wincanton or Gillingham for supermarket shopping, close to Longleat and National Trust properties. Easy day trips to the Jurassic Coast. Karen and Campbell were perfect hosts, and we made friends with their little dog Puzzle. Would highly recommend a stay here.

"Lovely cottage in a tramquil setting."
The cottage was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The information pack had some great ideas for days out, lots of National Trust properties nearby and near enough to the coast for a day out. Would definately recommend a stay at Willow Barn.

"Karen & Campbell made us most welcome, the proprty was superb in all respects."
Anything that we wished to know, whether it be about the property or places to visit, they were a font of knowledge. Though we were primarily visiting friends and family this is a very good location for visiting National Trust propertys, or the seaside with Weymouth and Durdle Door all a reasonable distance away. Also plenty of places to have walks and to eat out. We will be going back!
Thank you! We loved meeting you. Property Owner

"Quiet, well-equipped cottage in rural location."
Friendly and knowledgeable owners provided lots of information on things to do in the area. So much to see as located on the Dorset/Somerset border, conveniently located to explore both counties.

"The cottage was extremely clean, the owners, Cameron & Karen were very friendly and knowledgable about the area."
We found the cottage to be one of the best we have stayed in (this comment is not restricted to Sykes), so warm and cosy, the grounds and surrounding areas had some amazing views, enjoyable, despite the weather. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully return in the future
