Com and did not receive the code for the steel gate nor for the key safe. Had to call the Sykes support, same for the WiFi password, no information and only able to get it via support call. Support was very friendly and helpful though. Also some dust in the property. Otherwise, very good and nice property and absolutely recommendable, thank you.

"Stayed at The Vaults a few times due to its location , however this time we were not sent the codes for the gate or key box."
No WiFi all week as no password and no response to email, all this despite a £200 increase in price!!!!!!!!!!

Only slight issue was makeup stains on pillow - otherwise very clean. Very cosy and i’m the heart of the town.

Every thing you would need there ,felt safe by the gated gates and the keysafe. Very clean on the whole,but did have a issue with the kitchen /lounge floor which was sticky,but was dealt with .

It has obviously been recently renovated to a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As the details disclose, parking is available on the neighbouring pay and display car park. By using paybyphone, this can be managed efficiently, up to a cost of £5.90 a day if you don't move your car. Within the property, the downstairs bathroom is a consideration, but was fine for us. Also, there is no washing machine if that is a requirement for you. All in all, a lovely place to stay.
