Swandown Lodges are situated on the borders of South Somerset, West Dorset and East Devon and consists of a fantastic selection of luxury lodges within the stunning 1,000-acre parkland of the historic Cricket St.Thomas Estate. The Cricket St. Thomas Golf Club is located on the A30 less than a mile away. The club provides members and visitors alike the chance to play on a beautiful parkland course with outstanding views across the surrounding countryside. Also of interest is Forde Abbey which is located very close by. For the enthusiastic walker there is the South Coast Path taking in the Jurassic Coastline, a UNESCO Word Heritage site which spans 95 miles and holds some of the finest beach and coastal scenery in Britain. Access is available at various points including Beer (East Devon) and Lyme Regis (West Dorset) approximately 30 minutes drive from Swandown.
