"Wonderful cottage well appointed only 2 things I would change no toilet downstairs (don’t know where you could put it apart from under the stairs) and the handrail on the stairs which has no grip a problem should you stumble on them."

"Lovely holiday home in beautiful Burry Port would love to go back ❤️"
-
"Absolutely lovely holiday home."
Myself, partner and doggy felt very much at home. Burry Port was lovely too, very friendly people. Pubs, restaurants and a shop very close by. The home was lovely and the hot tub was an added bonus. Very enclosed, large garden for my dog to enjoy. The home had absolutely everything we could’ve needed. The recycling system was a bit confusing and a lot to think about whilst relaxing on holiday, however that’s nothing to do with the hosts, we’re just not from Wales so I had to get my head around which items went where.

"I stay in holiday let's a minimum of 3x a year and this is the first house to have no salt and pepper, cling film or kitchen roll or sandwich boxes."
Also no full length hanging space .missing a wardrobe!!. Good location but parking difficult on occasions. Comfortable beds and nice hot tub.

"The description on line doesn't do Pencoed Road justice."
We were concerned that it wouldn't be big enough, but we were 6 adults and a dog and there was plenty of room for us all. The bedrooms were just the right size, the living room was plenty for us - we enjoyed the table football - and the garden was more than adequate. The kitchen was also a good size with all the equipment that we could need. The comms from the owners were clear and timely, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The house and garden was lovely and perfect for a little get away to see family and enjoy the beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay and communication was great. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed Burry Port, walking on the beach with the dog and having a few drinks in the local pubs. Would definitely return and would highly recommend 54 Pencoed Road to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and conveniently located property to relax in and from which to explore the beautiful local area.

"Lovely house with everything you need , had some lovely windy walks on the beach, few nice pubs within walking distance, nice chippy on the corner , only one thing it was freezing in there as some of the radiators didn’t get hot but we had a very cold and rainy few days other than that it was great , used hot tub on one of the warmer days and had lovely bbq."

"Beautiful place to stay, extremely comfortable beds and sofas, good job as the weather wasn’t great so we spent a lot of time inside."
Parking was a little tricky and we couldn’t get close to the accommodation but that’s not the end of the world. Would definitely return!

"Fantastic place to stay."
Ideal for our dog who had an enclosed garden. Owners very helpful if we had any issues. Would love to return as couldn`t fault the facilities, there was everything to hand, and it was very clean, with the added bonus of the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

My dog cut her paw whilst out walking and local vets were amazing too. The house was cosy and felt like home from home plus a hot tub which was great in evening with glass of Prosecco. A lovely quaint little town. A great escape from london life.
